Unfortunately this plugin is not at all ADA compliant. The captcha does not work with screen readers and many of the links in the comments cannot be accessed with a keyboard. These are simple fixes that should be added asap before more users get sued like we did.

It’s a good start, but not really usefull if you only want a simple Q&A section in your product pages
“Made by devs, not for actual store owners” rings a bell here
TODO list:
– It doesn’t send mails when answering from admin panel
– It doesn’t use wordpress top bar bell. It’s 2021, notifications should be real time, not mail based
– It doesn’t link answer to a notification in customer account
– Css variables and templates can’t be customized
To be fair with this plugin, the entire woocommerce ecosystem lacks a good Q&A plugin.

A primera vista, parece un buen plugin con buenas valoraciones y seguramente sea el mejor que haya ahora mismo en este sector.
Sin embargo, llevo ya 2 semanas intentando averiguar el porqué no me deja ver las preguntas que me hacen los clientes en la página del producto, como sale en amazon por ejemplo (los clientes tampoco pueden verlas) sale solamente el número de preguntas y respuestas que se han hecho pero no deja verlas. Si alguien puede ayudarme, se lo agradecería. Muchas gracias.

But it’s a problem for the WooCommerce.
Interfering with other plugins
Google bot ban access
Failure to load other scripts
Create Unspecified Code for Google bot
Interference with the plugin wpDiscuz
And that means the search rank is gone.
I hope this plugin gets corrected because it’s a good app for comments

I have been using Woodiscuz for several weeks and when I wanted to edit settings a fews days ago, I realized I could not because I had ads pushed by Woodiscuz…not really useful !

This is a good plugin, but it changes the meta comment type to “woodiscuz_review” and causes conflicts to other plugins.
I mean other plugins can’t call comment_type “review”, which is default. And worst of all, you can’t get back to comment_type “review” when uninstall the Woodiscuss plugin.
I would give it 5star if the developers can fix this problem because overall this plugin is good.

This is an excellent plugin.
The only issue I see is that the comments order is not consistent. When the option “Show the latest comments on: top of the threads” is selected, the newly added comments are added on top of the thread but when we reload the page, these comments appears at the bottom.
Would be great to have latest comments always on top of the threads. I would mark it 5 stars when this small issue will be fixed.
