Similar to others with the issue, I just started getting this error in the middle of printing labels for orders. Called my bank to confirm there wasn’t an issue with the card on file or bank account.
Just to be sure I tried to add another card and try that but now getting this error > HYMNCA when I try to add a new card. It seems like it’s an issue with the WordPress.com account that is connected with the cards or the shiping & tax plugin that provides the label printing functionality.
Any ideas how to resolve this issue?
I remember I could review my shipping label purchases at WooCommerce?>?Reports?>?Shipping Labels, but today when I tried to do it, under the “Reports” menu, there are only “orders, customers, stock and taxes.” I can’t see the “shipping labels” tab anymore. Did I miss anything? Thanks!
]]>I use woocommerce tax to calculate taxes automatically.
The configuration related to automatic tax calculation has been enabled, and currently the webpage shows tax collection if the ordering address is in California, and not if other US states are selected.
I understand that some states require a certain amount of sales or number of orders to calculate the tax.
So I’ve created orders with different amounts and addresses through the backend, but this doesn’t seem to work.
For example, I created 200 orders in New York, and then placed an order on the website after that, and still no tax shows up.
Is it an order created in the backend that won’t be calculated into the sales amount range?

]]>I use the original Woocommerce Shipping & Tax from when it was Woocommerce Services. Haven’t had any issues so far. So I also never bothered to connect this plugin to WordPress.com, which I think means I’ve never activated this plugin). The banner on my plugins page is still there “Connect your site to activate WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.”
Now that I’ve deleted Jetpack, can I also delete this plugin? Because as far it seems, my basic Woocommerce settings with the tabs for shipping and tax have always been enough, which is why I never “activated” this plugin by connecting it to WordPress.com. I just need to know if I can delete this plugin since I’m no longer using Jetpack. Or if I delete it, will it mess up my original settings for shipping and tax that I’ve always had for the last 5 years.

I have seen from topics in that new plugin support forum and reviews that some significant features from WooCommerce Shipping & Tax are missing in the latest plugin. Going into the holiday season combined with a lengthy procedure for our corporate support in implementing backend changes to keep their websites secured has me concerned.
Also, I can’t find any documentation on this, currently, we have our UPS-negotiated rates implemented in WooCommerce Shipping & Tax. Has this been carried over into the new WooCommerce Shipping Plugin?
Thanks,

My shop is California based and we are selling to all the countries. So for tax related things we are using the WooCommerce Tax plugin. The WooCommerce Tax plugin mentioned it has auto tax features for selected countries which they mentioned in their documentation. But the issue which we are facing is it is not able to add or calculating the tax while checkout and the billing/shipping address which we add for testing is from the list of countries which WooCommerce Tax plugin has mentioned. We also deactivated the theme and tasted in default WP theme but then also issue was happening. I am mentioning my site details below.

]]>In my website when I am on the Cart or Checkout page and enter any shipping address city and zip code in Arizona, it gives the same sales tax rate (8.05% – state, county and city of Scottsdale rates) every time which is the tax rate for Scottsdale (this is the city the store is based out of).
I’m wondering if the TaxJar Plugin request and TaxJar API call are the issue. This website used to be connected to TaxJar, but I have since removed the TaxJar plugin and am instead trying to use WooCommerce’s automated tax calculation for my store’s state of Arizona.
Thanks.

]]>Dear WordPress.com & WooCommerce Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue Ive encountered while attempting to generate shipping labels using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin for USPS labels on my website,?https://elizabethobeauty.com/. I am encountering error messages which are hindering my ability to complete transactions successfully.
When attempting to generate a label, I encountered the following error message: Payment failed C The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I removed the payment card associated with my account and added it again. However, upon attempting to re-add the card, I encountered another error: Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.
These errors are preventing me from generating shipping labels efficiently, and I am concerned about the impact on my business operations.
Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your assistance in resolving these errors as soon as possible. If there are any steps I need to take on my end or if further information is required from my side, please do not hesitate to let me know.
For your reference, my WordPress.com account email is?[email protected]. I would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help resolve this issue promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance.

Hi, I use WooCommerce shipping for shipping label generation. Suddenly I ran into a problem that whenever I am trying to generate the label and pay for it this message shows up:
“Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.”
I have checked that my site is properly connected with wordpress.com and card is properly added in my account. Could you please help me with the troubleshooting?
Here is the screenshot of the error.
Hi, tax seems not to be applied after latest woocommerce.com update. What could be possible go wrong?
]]>Hello
I’m creating a store and we want the prices to be shown including VAT, since most customers have to pay it.
However, there are some territories that are exempt from paying VAT, so we set up the tax calculation based on the customer’s address.
And this is where the problem arises.
Now taxes are not applied by default. When you enter the store, all prices are without VAT. VAT is only applied if the customer logs in and adds an address.
The behavior we need is precisely the opposite:
Is there a way to get this behavior?
In addition to WooCommerce, we have the EU/UK VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce plugin installed, in case it helps.
Thanks.
]]>I am in test mode but when I create a test buy and goto Woocommerce > Orders and click on the order it does not show my the area for create shipping label and Track Package.
I am unsure why I do not see this option as I have set it up properly, have it enabled and even entered my credit card.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>Hi people,

]]>Hi,
For the past 2 days Ive run into this error when I am trying to purchase a shipping label through Woocommerce.
Quick Breakdown:
1. Customer places an order on my website.
2. I get the order, go to the orders page in Woocommerce>Orders
3. I click the button that says Create Shipping Label
4. Origin Address is good, Destination address is good, Packaging is good.
5. When I click Use these packages and it moves to the 4th step Shipping Rates an error pops up that says Unexpected Server Error.
Theres a button that says Retry next to the error, but if I click it, nothing happens. If I click it a bunch of times, it just keeps loading the error over and over again.
Ive disabled Jetpack, uninstalled jetpack, reinstalled jetpack, reenabled jetpack and still the error persists.
Ive gone into troubleshooting with my site, disabling every plugin, going to a default theme, then enabling the woocommerce plugin + woocommerce services + jetpack and tried to complete the purchase and print a shipping label and still the error pops up.
Just a few days ago everything was working fine. I have no idea what caused this issue. All of my plugins are up to date and everything is working properly.
Customers are still able to place orders, but I cant print out USPS labels to ship their packages so this is very frustrating.
Please help!

Is there something im missing?
Is it a reach ship app problem?

]]>Hello,
I am having big issues with printing out a shipping label for an international shipment on my site. Upon prepping my order and clicking “Buy Shipping Label” I am presented with the following error message: “Customs info error: missing required field for non-document shipment: customs_items.hs_tariff_number”
Even after including an HS Tariff number in my order description, I receive this error.
I have now clicked on the “Buy Shipping Label” button 5 times, and upon checking my credit card statement, I have also been charged 5 times for this shipment.
I would like to firstly get some assistance with printing out this label for my customer, and secondly know how I can be refunded for the times this error has incurred a charge to my credit card
]]>Hello,
I just processed my first order in my store, but no taxes were calculated in the payment breakdown. It included item price, shipping and payment processing percentage. The item is set to ‘taxable’ and my nexus is set up and supposedly auto calculated. I have the items listed exclusive of tax. Can you please help me fix this, so that tax is always charged?
Thanks
]]>Hi, long time user of the plugin and never had this situation. Is it possible to reprint a purchased shipping label? If so how can we find that? Thanks!
]]>Hi, we use this plugin for purchasing shipping. If it’s possible, where do we see our payments we have made for postage? I’ve looked in our wordpress account, I’ve looked in jetpack, Ive looked in woocommerce account.
——- Found it in wordpress account, just a little unintuitive getting there.
]]>I’m attempting to use the WooCommerce shipping label window. My products are sent in a small envelope that only require a standard .68 cent stamp yet the option does not populate in WooCommerce. Whether I select (custom) envelope or USPS first class (which should be .68) I’m only given the options in this screenshot.
Why is there no .68 cent option? Is it possible to print the my order addresses without postage so I can just stick on my own stamps?

I don’t know why it is giving these errors when my client goes to print shipping labels. I went to the troubleshooting page and it doesn’t mention a fix for this issue. I also copied the error from the kinsta error log as well.
