Hello,
I am reaching out due to an incompatibility issue between the “Quote for WooCommerce” plugin and the “Role Based Price for WooCommerce” plugin.
After contacting the support team for the Quote for WooCommerce plugin (from https://wpexperts.io/), they directed me to reach out to you. Their response was as follows:
“Regarding the compatibility and conflict issue between the ‘Role Based Price for WooCommerce’ plugin and the quote plugin, we recommend reaching out to the ‘Role Based Price for WooCommerce’ support team for assistance.
As there isn’t currently a built-in solution for ensuring compatibility, their team may be able to provide hooks or filters that could help. If they do, we’ll be happy to assist you further in resolving the quantity pricing issues.”
“If possible, please reach out to the support team for the Role Based Price For WooCommerce plugin to confirm whether they still offer support for this specific plugin. If they do, they might be able to offer a solution or suggest a replacement if necessary. Given that the plugin is still listed on the WooCommerce Marketplace, it is unlikely that support is no longer provided.
Please note that we cannot directly debug or modify the functionality of the Role Based Price For WooCommerce plugin, as it is managed by its respective team. Their expertise would be best suited to provide specific insights or a tailored solution for addressing this issue.”
The problem is that the Quote for WooCommerce plugin does not correctly identify the different prices associated with the roles we’ve set up on our website. The plugin includes tables in the backend where we can view clients’ quotes, but the prices listed do not align with each client’s assigned role. Additionally, the plugin offers an option on the frontend for clients to download a PDF document of their quotes, but again, the prices displayed are incorrect.
Could you advise on how we might resolve this issue?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Marta.
Hi there,
When uploading a csv file to add 4 different prices per user role to a number of products, I get the error “Invalid path” underneath the upload button. I have tried different file name, created different CSV files with different spreadsheet programs and I keep getting the same error. The webshop has almost 500 products and so this function really needs to work in order to keep up with price changes.
Can you help?
Many thanks in advance!
]]>Since I updated to wordpress 5.9 the plugin stopped working. It no longer shows the profile that I called “Distributor” the price that each one has configured. We appreciate an update of the plugin, because obviously to install another one, we would have to put all the 1×1 prices back
Thanks
]]>Hi,
We’re trying to schedule a regular price increase for a bulk of our products and all roles and can’t seem to find a solution. We’ve tried changing the regular price and setting a scheduled start date, but it just changes right away.

if I try to sort by price (low to high or high to low), it will keep the original WP sorting (by old prices), also if the plugin correctly show the role’s price.
Any help with that?

Hello,
I have a problem with your plugin.
Changing the price changes does not update the price in the frontend. I deactivated the plugins to find the problem and by deactivating yours the price updates correctly.
How can we fix the problem?
I am attaching screenshots
Thank you

]]>Hi!
I am trying to do a bulk import of products with the standard woocommerce importer, and the prices of each role are imported correctly, but the function “activate prices by roles” of each product is not activated, and the prices of each role are not displayed. Is it possible to include a column with a parameter that activates the role pricing option for each tab?
I have installed, activated and configured the RPW plugin, activated the import and export add-ons of the plugin, and before doing the import I have created a model file with all the options and I have exported it to generate a base CSV with all the columns and necessary parameters, and then I have dumped all the information using that template.
At the end of the import, I open the editor of each product post and the prices of each role have been loaded correctly, but the option of prices by role appears deactivated and they are not displayed on the front end.
in the csv there is a column with the name “Meta: _enable_role_based_price” and in the cells the parameter is “1”.
Another column with the name “WC RBP estate” also appears and the cells in that column are empty.
The rest of the installation is fairly ordinary, with everything up to date.
Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
Thanks and regards!
]]>Hi. First of all thanks a lot for your plugin. It works great! But lately I have problem like in topic. For wholesale prices all works fine. For guests as well. But for customers logged in retail prices not working. It adds bundle price + all products inside bundle ?? Any clue?
]]>Hello,
I have a problem using RBP with WPALLIMPORT Schedule
Indeed the RBP plugin is deactivated when the import is carried out in planning.
(and the box is always checked when importing, I would like to deactivate it)
Do you have a solution to my problem?
Where are you in version 4.0?
Thank you very much, apart from these little worries your plugin is very good!
Sorry, I don't speak English very well because I'm French.

This only happens when there are offers.

]]>Hello,
I’m working on an online shop and have 2 different prices, 1 for customers and 1 for distributors. I’m using the free version of the Role based pricing for WC. I insert the prices with taxes included, which is ok for customers. When I insert the prices for the distributor, prices are shown without taxes, although I insert a fixed price. Could you tell me if it is possible to have these prices shown as inserted in the fixed price? If so, how please? If not, does your Pro version offer this feature?
Thank you in advance.

]]>Hi,
I just noticed an issue with the plugin when you don’t fill the default woocommerce price field, and just fill the prices for each user role. It doesn’t make much sense filling the default price field since I don’t want to have a default price, only a price for each user roles.
When adding the products to the cart they randomly disappear from the cart sometimes right away and sometimes around 40 seconds.
Can you please fix this?

Hi,
We have the Pro version of the plugin but we encounter the following problem;
I created an import task via WP All Import and we import the role based prices via a xml feed. When I start the import manually everything works fine. But when I schedule the import via the crons the role based prices won’t show and I noticed that they are disabled for all products after the import is finished.
I tried lots of different options, also lots of different values for ‘Enable Role Based Price’ but nothing works.
I hope someone knows the solution for this. I use standard CURL crons by the way.
Best regards,
Bart

]]>Hi,
I noticed that for my product bundles the prices are incorrect in the subtotals (in cart)
When i have products of which the prices are set via role based price plugin it messes up the prices for my bundled products
So for example:
Product A has a role based price of 10,-
Product B has a role based price of 10,-
and I create a new bundled (A + B) product C with a price of 15,- (either set as fixed price or via role based price) it shows on on the product page and the cart as 15,- but the subtotal (in the cart) becomes 35,- and then it add the VAT based on the 35,-
so it adds the prices of both A + B to the price of C instead of only using the price of C.
When I use products that do not use a role based price it works fine (so then it only shows the price of product C, in the cart and subtotal. For me this is not workable of course.
Can you please have a look and help with a solution?
