I found the plugin causes 2 critical issues report in site health status.
1) An active PHP session was detected
2) The REST API encountered an error

I tested and confirmed by deactivating the plugin, the above said 2 issues disappeared.

This plugin changed the name to “Ouidah Product Designer”. I have Version 7.6.1. I reported the issue by sending email to author since last year but never get reply for support and never get resolve the issue.

While opening customize page from user side in mobile,
We found two main problems,
1. user need to double click, which is not properly working, so can we convert it in single click?
2. and after click on upload image there is no option to come back in customize screen, so ultimatly we can not upload image from mobile, and our 80% users are using mobile, so we need this solution.

When I’m trying to save a design, it goes “The edition area is empty.” even when there’s a content. I’ve placed cliparts on the front and back of product. I read somewhere in this forum about putting 1000 on the output loop delay. I’ve put 1000 but nothing happened. I’ve put a value lower and higher than 1000, nothing happened. The error still shows.

1. Can customers save the designs without having to add the design to cart? Do you have any live demo on the customer’s end so I can have an idea how customers save and access the designs for later?
2. How can the admin access the customer’s design? Can the admin access it when it’s saved? or only when added to cart?
3. Can the plugin be integrated with a multi-vendor marketplace plugin where the pre-made designs vary per vendor?
4. Is the Porto-Novo theme responsive? Because in the free version, it’s not responsive to smaller screens.
