Hi, we are not getting email orders from the POS. I just checked and everything is fine in the payment tab: both admin and client emails are on.
Email works as expected for online orders. What should I check?

I have a problem with variable products, the selection disappears when you want to make the payment and therefore the stock is not discounted.

]]>Since the update the plugin works bad, to the point to become useless. It’s been said in many comments and the only way to make the plugin work again is downgrading to version 0.4.27
Although the plugin is still updating to the new sh tty version everytime I log in even when the auto update button is dissabled.
Seriously, when are you going to fix once and for all the new version or accept that the older actually did the job, or at least stop the forced updates.
Btw any solution to this forced update thing?

I’ve been using this plugin for about 4 years and at times it has been forcing an update of it, everytime it updates the plugin to a newer version it simply does not work, no item is shown no matter how much I wait or refresh the page, it’s utterly annoying.
Although I’ve been able to keep using an older version and everything works good and nice so it has been ok so far, until now that it forces me to use the version that does not work and when I try to install an older version as I used to do I’m getting this message
“Please update your WooCommerce POS plugin to version 1.3.0 or higher”
so I’m not able to use the plugin, I’m not able to make sales normally, and I’m not able to fix it as I used to. PLEASE check on this problem, I need to have the old version available again so I can sell, the new version does not work for my site and I do not want to have it anyways, just allow the use of the older versions again

I could enter Chinese in the search field and then search products with Chinese characters without any problem in past. So the old versions or very old versions can work for Chinese. After upgrading, I can find the Search field cannot work for Chinese. English characters and numbers can work.

I’m just developing this online + fisical store and I just cannot make Woocommerce POS updating stock after purchase, or after manual change stock in any product (example: in a variable product, if I update some variation stock and save, in POS screen the stock remains in original number – same situation after POS checkout, if I go to online store the stock does not change at all). Is there ay known issue or mandatory setting that I need to set to live update stock after purchase or after stock increase-decrease from wp woocommerce admin? thanks

I am using this plugin along with the PRO version. I downloaded them 2 years back and they work perfectly until now. I just updated the plugin to Version 1.2.1 and many important functions are not showing naymore ….. and i want to know IF this is the norm now OR there is a problem.
Change 1: Before the update, in woocommerce orders dashboard, I could see which orders were via POS, since a small ‘pos’ text was written next to them. Now i cannot see that and is bad since you cannot distinguish which orders are through POS and which orders were though online purchase (card etc).
Change 2: Before the update, in Woowommerce reports you could see graphs indicating separatly which orders where through POS and which through online (card etc) and that was very very helpful since we could understand from where our sales were coming from. Now after the update, POS orders are all mixed up with the online orders, as one, as we cannot figure out how many sales we have through POS and how many sales we have though online orders…. and this now is causing us a big problem since we cannot understand from where our orders are coming from.
Hope you understand what i am saying…. i cannot add any photos here to explain the matter more… but im sure the people that use Woocommerce Pos plugin for years now and they just updated it …. they will understand the problem.
Hoping for your help to resolve this if possible.
NOTE:
to be noted that after the update to Version 1.2.1, i am having the below notification on top of my dashboard and i do not understand it. Woo POS 1.2.1 is apparently already installed and activated. Woo POS PRO which i installed 2 years back is also installed and activated. So, why this notification is showing up?? Does not make any sense to me….
WooCommerce POS Pro requires WooCommerce POS. Please install and activate WooCommerce POS ?
