The plugin (premium and free) does not work as intended.
Support is NON EXISTENT!
We feel a bit ripped-off as we purchased the premium version.

I believe this plugin, as well as the premium version, is no longer supported by the developer.
We’ve contacted the developer 2 weeks ago regarding an issue with meta data showing HTML tags as plain text on invoices. After a second follow-up via email on our end we still haven’t gotten a response regarding this issue.
The plugin itself is great but the lack of premium support makes us lose confidence and pushes us to look for another solution.

From last 1 month my website was very slow.

Paid for the premium plugin but receive zero support. The invoices have started to get generated blank. Tried to get through to support via the support forum and official website but no response as of today. It has been a month or so at this stage.

Great plug in i use for several years now. Only minus one star because, as a small online business, i’ve never understood why premium plugins are so expensive. I’d be happy to pay 10$/year for 1 site personal use on several plugins, but multiply 50-60$ by 10-20 plugins is just unaffordable… So bad

It seems the maker has no interest in supporting this plugin anymore. Most support topics here stay unanswered. I have even bought the premium version for a particular extra feature and hope on decent support. Very, very slow and incomplete support and in the end just no response anymore at all. However, he did remove the (buggy) feature I tried to get working from his promo website, instead of helping me out. I asked for a refund more than once, but never got a reply.
I wasted money, several weeks time and effort on this plugin.

Don’t buy the premium service.
It does not have good functions. I tried to talk to them, I sent them improvements made by me, options to change their plugin and they did nothing.
They kept my code, they did not answer and they have never returned the money.
I have asked for a refund on many occasions and they do not answer.

Difficult to configure, doesn’t actually send invoice to customers when they checkout, Support agents unresponsive… or utterly unhelpful when they respond over 3 days later. I hope to get a refund.

I was bought PREMIUM PLUGIN and some calculation(value) in invoice row doesnt work. I wrote few emails to support and no one reply me in 14 days.
I ask them for refund and again no one reply to my email.

They gave me refund and still want to find a solution after months. After all very good response from them.

I bought the premium plugin paying 49 Euros. I requested for premium support regarding adding % to the tax columns and to replace some words on the format. The sample provided in premium plugin page shows tax % but on my system it is not showing.
The support email is automatically acknowledged for receipt but no reply after that.
I am not sure if the authors are providing any support or not.
Authors talk about 1 year support but from the beginning it seems they are not providing any support. Without support this plugin is of no use. do not pay and buy this plugin. Authors do not support this software. I simply can’t reach them.
I requested refund but still no reply.
