I have set the order status settings to show at ‘Processing’, however the checkout page does not show the links after payment.
The one way i can view the upload page is via ‘my account’.How do guest users checkout correctly?

Im trying to use the plugin as a confirmation for offline payment gateways in Woocommerce, so users an upload an image containing the bank transfer or deposit info after paying for our products. I set the required statuses in the config page to In Wait, but the following message appears in the order page: “The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.”, even though i see the same status in woocommerce orders page. Is there a way to remove the status requirement?

Today, for some strange reason, this plugin began throwing multiple ‘Array conversion to string’ errors, as follows:
“Array to string conversion in /home/user/public_html/devsitename.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pay-to-upload-modification/classes/class-airy-framework.php on line 160.
I’ve had it installed for several days now and this is the first time it did this.
Current WordPress Version: 4.9.7
WooCommerce Version: 3.4.3
Server
Running Apache 2.4
PHP 7.1
Actions
Tried deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce, but still got the errors.
Switched to Twenty Seventeen theme and still get the errors.
Deleted plugin then re-installed it…still get the errors.
It’s also throwing a ‘Headers already sent’ error, but I think this is connected to the array conversion error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m facing an issue here. I can upload files but when I click on the X icon to delete the files, I get redirect back to the home page instead. My WooCommerce is running on Ubuntu powered by Nginx.
I’ve also checked the Nginx log. It looks ok. Here’s the log:

I see you have previously answered this by suggesting a change to the php.ini file.
I have done this – I can now upload 32Mb to the media library, but pay to upload is showing max file size of 2Mb.
When I go on page order detail, the following string appears instead of File Upload field:
“The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.”
I don’t understand how to solve since all option I think are set right

I’m on a Mac running Sierra and need to select multiple statuses for the Required Status(ses) dropdown menu that allows customers to upload files. The problem is, I can only select one from the dropdown menu. I want to have both “Processing” and “Completed” as options instead of just one or the other.

Am I correct the end user has to have an account so they can upload their files?
For my products, customers do not want to have to sign up. They just want to buy, and add/upload personalization if the product calls for it.
Is there any way the upload fields could be added to another page e.g. order complete page, rather than my-account/orders etc?

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: The required status(es) select box is stuck on pending payment and cannot be changed, same as the rest of the selections in the settings page for pay to upload wp-admin, nothing can be entered or changed because when you hit the save changes button it all clears and resets back to default.
This is tested on 3 websites all with latest wordpress and wordpress default themes with no other plugins apart from woocommerce, so you have an ongoing problem and it’s a big one because seeing as this is the only purpose your plugin serves and it is broke, it renders the plugin completely useless.
Please just try this out for yourself and you will see the problem.

Actually, this plugin functionality is exactly what I need and it is very useful for me. But there is a problem for me that when I am saving configuration/setting from admin, it reset and blank all the fields hence it is not working properly as it describes on this plugin page in my case.

]]>I am having some trouble downloading the file from the woocommerce>orders>order#xxx within dashboard. Getting a 403 error. I did try disable the OPTIONS INDEX in .htaccess, but no luck there.
I do realize, I can simply grab the file from FTP. However I am building for someone else. We are highly interested in a way to have the user’s uploaded file be automatically attached to the admin email. With today’s technology, we are taking orders on our cell phones while on-the-go and it would super convenient for our use!

]]>I made a free product so I could do a test purchase and see if it prompts me for upload after purchase. So I have the upload set up to allow up to 5 uploads, any file type, and The required order status to not allow customers to upload files being “failed”.
But when the “purchase” is made there is no and the customer logs into their accoutn their is no ability to upload. It says:
The order status has been changed so you cannot upload files contact Site Admin.
No matter if the order says it is processing (which it automatically does until I hit complete), or if it says completed it gives this message. Any advice is appreciated!

I really like the idea of your plugin and it is exactly what I need, but I can’t get the option to upload an image to appear for the user. Changing the code (class-wc-pay-to-upload.php – line 198)
$order->status == $this->wc_ptu_order_statuses
to
$order->status != $this->wc_ptu_order_statuses
did the trick.
Still have an issue with selecting multiple order_statusses. Multiselect option does not seem to work.
