Hey folks
On a restricted page, we’re only seeing:
Oops, Restricted Content
We are sorry but this post is restricted to folks that have purchased this page.
But no product description or link.
In the settings page, it does show:
Oops, Restricted Content
[products ids='{{product_id}}’]
We are sorry but this post is restricted to folks that have purchased this page.
Help!

How do I grant access to virtual product I sell using woocommerce and pay for post plugin after changing the status of an order to complete? The link is still directing to the product page in the shop. Does it work at all in a free version? Is there any relation to IP in this plugin?

]]>Hi developer,
This paywall work with WooCommerce,
However, I am selling my site by videos and articles, and got nothing to do with physical products.
Am I able to do with this paywall for that, or I have to find another paywall plugin specifically for posts wise?
Please advise,
Thanks
]]>I’ve implemented the plugin on a site where we have pages hidden until a user purchases a product associated with the workshop page. Everything works perfect on desktop, but on mobile, even if I’m logged into a user account where I’ve purchased a workshop, it still shows the restricted content message. Would there be a reason this would work on desktop but not on mobile?
]]>There seems to be a bug in the way the Expiry restriction option calculates time (Premium Version). I was not able to unprotect the content when the Expiry Time option is set to less than about 5 – 6 hours. The content remains protected if you set an Expiry Restriction time of 10 minutes for instance.
For longer time, content protection is lifted but there is an issue with the calculated time. If you activate the Show remaining time option, the Order Date and Expiration Date are correct but the Remaining Time is wrong (much shorter).
For example, an Expiry Restriction time set to 7 hours displayed a Remaining Time of 1 hour at the start of the experiment but content was actually unprotected for 2 hours.
I do like the plugin and I intend to use it on my website but these time issues are a bit annoying. I am trying to guess how much time I should enter in the Expiry Restriction option to unprotect my content for 72 hours.
Thank you.
]]>Good morning,
I am considering integrating an iframe for a personality test on our WordPress site and would like to implement a feature that allows users to pay to access a single test. Furthermore, it is crucial for us to ensure that the test cannot be used without the corresponding payment.
I kindly ask if the Pro version of your plugin supports these specific needs:
Could you provide me with more details on how your plugin can meet these needs or suggest any alternative solutions?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,

]]>Hello
First I want to thank you for your great plug in. I tested others before but yours provided the best user experience and easiest setup.
I understood that with the upgrade a purchased content can be seen in the “my account” section.
This is not what I primarily want. I would like to have the flexibility to display all unrestricted content separately (in a menu, on a sidebar widget, or wherever it feels best for easier to navigate through the page).
Is there a command with which I can place the purchased content list anywhere and also change the way it is presented?
Thanks in advance for your response.

]]>Hi,
We are using proffesional version of Par for Post for Woocommerce and our problem is that neigher user, neigher administrator cant see what post is the product related to after they are posted. So after product purchase the customer has to know link to the post, otherwise he cant access it throuigh the product page, thats what we need. Also as administrators we need to know what post is linked to what product.
For logged in users we need to have a list not only of orders (products) the user bought but primarily of the posts that are linked to the products so he can access the content he bought not the product, that mean nothing to him to be honest.
I’m looking forward for your reply.
Thanks in advance and have a nice day,

Hello, is it possible to restrict just a part of entire content of a post ? If yes, how to do it?
Example:
Post paragraph 1 – Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi sagittis, sem quis lacinia faucibus, orci ipsum gravida tortor, vel interdum mi sapien ut justo. Nulla varius consequat magna, id molestie ipsum volutpat quis. Suspendisse consectetur fringilla suctus.
{ RESTRICTED } Post paragraph 2 – Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi sagittis, sem quis lacinia faucibus, orci ipsum gravida tortor, vel interdum mi sapien ut justo. Nulla varius consequat magna, id molestie ipsum volutpat quis. Suspendisse consectetur fringilla suctus. { / RESTRICTED }
Post paragraph 3 – Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi sagittis, sem quis lacinia faucibus, orci ipsum gravida tortor, vel interdum mi sapien ut justo. Nulla varius consequat magna, id molestie ipsum volutpat quis. Suspendisse consectetur fringilla suctus.
]]>Hi,
I used your plugin often, it’s really helpfull to build some user restricted content based on woocommerce, thanks for that!
One question – is there any way ho to recognize the page is restricted?
Example: I have a site, where is multicurrency switcher. I’d like to hide it (by CSS) on the locked pages (there is restricted content so user shouldn’t be distracted by anything but the content).
On this page: https://www.janaliscova.cz/ the restricted content are pages, posts… and I’d like to distinguish, which are normal pages a and which are the locked ones.
Do you have any advice? If not, could you add it as a feature? I believe it’d be helpfull to have this information e.g. in the body class list (there is the post type, some builder information… etc).
Thank you!
J.

]]>Hi, I’m asking here because I can’t reproduce the problem on my side.
A client bought an access to a page, after the purchase has been automatically completed (virtual + downloadable) he tells me that when he enters that purchase he is asked to buy the product again.
I logged in with his user with a “switch users” plugin and I can see the page bought without problems.
Is there something I can check on my side to see if everything is ok? As I mentioned, I use virtual + downloadable to give access to the page using a downloadable file, then I use Total Cache plugin for the web.
]]>We are building premium magazine site with hundreds of articles which should be available to be purchased individually. Creating product for each of the articles seems very inconvenient.

]]>I know I’ve touched on this before, but is there a query list of arguments for the WP_Query that return protected posts? I’m using a widget for elementor that displays posts and it accepts custom query code. I just don’t know what code to put there because I’m a code novice.
Why use the widget? Because I can specify the styling of the returned posts, which honestly is the major drawback of this plugin. Thanks for listening Matt.
]]>Dear Support
I am using the “Pay for post” Woocommerce plugin. On the “Add a new post” page I have the option “Select Product(s)” to associate the post with a particular product. The thing is that a vendor can see all products created by all vendors (in the picklist). How can I limit the visibility of the products so that the vendor can access only the products owned/created by him/her?
Thank you.

]]>Hello, just a quick question regarding how the restrictions work when using multiple products. If I use product 1 & 2 as the options in the pay for post settings on my page then does that mean a user can access the page if they buy either product 1 or 2?
Or do they need to purchase both prodcts to access the restricted content?
Thank you

]]>Hello.
When editing the page to restrict, on the tab #wc-ppp-options, I checked the box
Show user page views remaining / time remaining at top of content
Which template should I modify and copy to the child theme folder to have the wc-ppp-expiration-status-container displayed AFTER the page content?
Thanks
]]>Hello.
I just purchased the premium plugin and was surprised that I cannot enable both Delay and Expiry restrictions. For example, I want the user to be able to get a taste of the premium content (say, 5 minutes, one page view) and then see the paywall. Once the product is purchased, it expires after x months
Logically these restrictions don’t conflict with each other, yet I can’t enable them both.
Please advise.

]]>On my site I have reusable blocks on my side bar.
It happens that this blocks are also filtered as “restricted content” and I have the “Oops” content that is displayed inside.
To correct I had to change public/class-woocommerce-pay-per-post-restrict-content.php:173 like this :
public function check_if_has_access() : bool
{
if (!in_the_loop()) return true;
Woocommerce_Pay_Per_Post_Helper::logger( 'Post ID: ' . get_the_ID() . ' - Woocommerce_Pay_Per_Post_Restrict_Content/check_if_has_access - has been called.' );
I’m not sure if it’s the best way to do it, but it worked.
