had to deactivate this plugin due to Admin error. In Settings > Order Notes Window, I get an error. I see that this has not been resolved. I tried the suggested fix from another post, but that has not worked either.

I tested this extension on the latest beta of WooCommerce and i get this error when reaching the settings page:

Cannot load woocommerce.

Also i can’t get it to work. The popup does not show anywhere.

The latest version is not compatible with the newest WooCommerce Version.
If you go to the plugins settings page you end up on an error screen “Cannot load woocommerce”. Too bad ??

The plugin is activated but attempts to go to settings or to use the plugin generate the error message “Cannot load woocommerce.”

Hi,

I think this is a very nice Woocommerce plugin, but when will this plugin being compatible with Woocommerce 2.2.x? I am using WC 2.2.5 which is released today. And I think all other webshops running on Woocommerce are updated to newer version than WC 2.1.x

Hi,

I just updated WooCommerce to the latest 2.2 version and it looks like the settings page slug has been changed from “woocommerce” to “wc-settings” resulting in Order Notes Window not loading settings page – it throws error “Cannot load WooCommerce”.

Manually changing the value in URL from

admin.php?page=woocommerce&tab=order_notes_window

to

admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=order_notes_window

brings the functionality back.

Would you mind to release a super quick update with add_tab() function amended?

I love this plugin idea and stumbled upon it looking for something else. It pops up the modal window for private notes but does nothing for customer notes. I have the most recent version of everything.
