It doesn’t work and I see support is not responding – is the plugin abandoned?

i have this plugin on my woocommerce and have enabeled it in the product section. However the emails are not sending to my customers.

Is there a reason for this?

What a brilliant plugin idea! Is there any way to refresh the download links for customers who bought the given product, once a notification is sent out?

There were times I was looking for a plugin that have this function.

I marked the box “Notifications will be sent When You click on ‘Update’ button.” and when I click that “Update” customers receive notification but the box is unchecked, the system does not write the check box “Notifications will be sent When You click on ‘Update’ button.”

I use WooCommece 2.3.13

How to fix it?

is it possible to integrate it with ‘dokan vendor plugin’ or make a setting to send email for every update without need to check the box at woocommerce

I see this same plugin on CodeCanyon, but this one doesn’t seem to have been updated on par with the other. Is this version no longer supported and updated? Is there a difference between the two? If so, what are they?
