There are no complaints about the main work, but the plugin conflicts with the favicon. After activating the plugin, the favicon is no longer displayed on the site. Please, I ask you to solve this problem, as I really like your plugin. With love from Russia ??

I bought this plugin for a German E-Commerce Website. At first, I had some problems since the plugin is only in English and I wasn‘t able to translate all the necessary fields and labels in the backend of the plugin. Furthermore, I had some difficulties with the layout, which had the effect that the plugin wasn’t fully compatible with my site. So I contacted the support team and they put a lot of effort in solving all of my problems. The plugin is fully compatible now. Thumbs up, this indeed was awesome support! I can highly recommend buying this plugin.

Went for the PRO version as the free one was not suitable for my project.
Easy to configure plugin, does exactly what it is developed for.
I faced a few CSS issues but the support was absolutely amazing – the initial response time to my ticket was only a few minutes with the fixes provided anytime between a few minutes to a few hours later.
Highly recommended.

Payment via PayPal for the Premium version was quick, but never received a confirmation or any license/registration information from the developer.
Lack of expected purchase experience and support to resolve the issue led me to delete immediately and then request a refund from PayPal.

Ist is not working at all.
After Installing you have to add some code, but they don′t tell you exactly were. I ask 3 times always the standard answer. ANd than no answer!

]]>I installed the plugin. Apart from short code, nothing was working well.
So I contacted the support. They haven’t fixed anything yet. They haven’t sent me any acknowledgement to every email I sent so far. I tried calling them, sent them multiple email, still no response. The worst part is the security. I start getting alert messages that someone tried to access my back-end without any consent every occasion with the same credentials I allotted them.`
