I needed to set shipping rates based on the counties of Ireland and was using the Flat Rate per State/Country/Region for WooCommerce plugin but Woocommerce doesn’t have Irish Counties. I didn’t want to edit the Woocommerce plugin for future proofing so this plugin was a godsend – thank you :-).
