We have installed the plugin and activated but all product gallery images have disappeared and the rollover zoom is the only way to see an image?

Is there a way to have the same result on wordpress without ecommerce on a regular page ? Adding one pictures or more that would display like this , with lens and lightbox?

I have a problem with this plugin, I have already checked with Divi support and we have ruled out other possible interference. The problem is related to the plugin. When I hover the mouse over the image produced (any), another twin image that overlaps appears in zoom. I need to fix this urgently. Thanks.

First of all this is an awesome plugin. Works well on mobile devices. However on desktop, it causes some problems like image being stretched too much breaking the proportionality and such. So is it possible to disable the zoom capabilities on desktops and make it work only on mobile devices?

Basically, I want to deactivate the plugin on desktop. I only want it to work on mobile devices. I see an option to disable zoom on mobile devices but not available for desktops. Please guide. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a problem with this plugin in conjunction with main menu (Elementor). You cannot select any menu items from a dropdown which overlap the image.

You can see on any product page, e.g.

Using the dropdown on the main menu e.g. “Percussion”

– Any of the lower menu items, which overlap the image area, cannot be selected. The image zoom fires instead.

Eg you cannot select from the main menu “Percussion > Orchestral Percussion“.

It’s like the Image zoom has a higher Z-index than the page content?

We bought the pro version, since last update the main image gets resized to a smaller dimention (300×300) when one of the gallery’s image is clicked.

This only happends in Chrome. We went to see if we can contact you from the page we bought it but it’s hard.

Could you please fix this bug.

Like the title says. Please enable older versions of the plugin to the WordPress repository for download. What is the reason that you are only committing the latest release to the repository trunk, and delete the old ones? Development doesn’t work this way! I have installed Product Zoom Image and after that the products are showing two same images (maybe one was default of woocommerce & other due to this plugin or theme). Please help me solve it as quick as possible.

The new update is not working for my site. Can I please have a link to the older version until?

No image zoom when the plugin is enabled in the Avada theme. Avada’s build-in image zoom (which is not very good) and product gallery features were switched off. Since Avada is a widely-used theme it may be good to fix this.

Just tried this plugin and nothing happening with the free version. I have the product pages built using SiteOrigin page builder. Is there any way around it? I have tried changing the options on the Product Images widget without any luck. Link not available publicly while in development unfortunately.

I have a problem with this plugin. When I disable the plugin for mobile devices, then on mobile my gallery slider doesn’t work. When I click on one image in the slider nothing happens.

How can I resolve this?

The Lightbox feature works but will not allow me to scroll through the images. So it will show anything that I click on but once the image is up then I have to “x” out and pick another. It was working fine with the free version but now with the pro version, it is not working. Can you help?

I will use WooCommerce image zoom with WooCommerce Additional Variation Images Gallery.Do they can work together or i will use another plugins.
If they can’t work together could you tell me which plugins i can use.

As you can see on this page, we have the problem that in case you click on one of the miniature images to zoom that one, the main image can no longer be retrieved as there is no miniature for that image.

If this problem is possible to resolve by upgrading to the PRO version, we’re happy to do that, just confirm please.

4 photos. One main and three from the gallery.
When I change the main picture to see the photo from the gallery, it will not come back to the main one anymore. No main photo in the bottom image bar. So the plug-in is useless.

Having no luck getting any zoom on the product images, no magnifying glass icon either. I had installed this but was having an issue with cropping of the image, so deleted a few image plugins. Then I reinstalled this one, but the zoom is no longer working. Any suggestions on how to make it work?
