Hi,
On some of our products the video displays an error “Video URL not supported” on the product page. All our videos are stored in Youtube. There doesn’t seem to be any common nominator with the urls and sometimes the product displays the video and sometimes gives the error. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
Also, is there the update coming that would solve the issue of video size on mobile devises?

Hi all, hoping you can help me out.
I’ve been trying to upload a video using the HTML5 plugin. I can get it to upload via YouTube, but not as an MP4. So frustrating. When the box comes up to “Add” it takes me to the Media Gallery. I select the video (which is MP4) and it doesn’t do anything. At all. Nothing. I’ve tried on more than one product, as I’m just trying to figure it out before I fully stock my store online.
I do *not* want to use YouTube as my main uploader. I want to upload directly from my computer, which is why I downloaded this app.
Also – if anyone knows how to get video as a thumbnail in the actual product thumbnails, that’d be amazing (even if it’s a different plugin).

Just a heads up: I couldn’t figure out why a product page was crashing Chrome, taking 15 seconds to load in Safari, and taking a few seconds to load in Firefox. Furthermore, clicking Update to save the page redirected me to /wp-admin/edit.php instead of returning to the edit screen for that product, and changes weren’t being saved. I discovered a row in my wp_posts table, wo_di_video_product_videos, that contained 7,864,389 backslashes (“\”). No, that’s not me typing some random large number; that was the actual count. Deleting this row made the page load in just a second and restored my ability to actually save changes to a product. Since the plugin had been deleted long ago, I went ahead and deleted the rest of the wo_di_video_product_videos and wo_di_number_of_videos rows. Now my database is smaller and my site loads faster, front and back end. Ahhh I can breathe again. Hope this helps!

The plugin is expecting a url with www before the address, which when entered, the error goes away. Is there anyway to use this plugin on a local host install? Thank you.

Since the last round of updates (wordpress & woocommerce) I can no longer use the quick edit function while your plugin is active. The error I get is:
‘tinyMCE’ is undefined in button_actions.js (406,9)
Once deactivated all works correctly. I have tried the usual troubleshooting methods (disabling all plugins…etc) but this plugin still stops quick edit even with all other non essential plugins disabled.

After installing Instantsearch+ plugin I received an error message that there is conflict with Woocommerce HTML 5 video plugin and it automatically deactivated the HTML5 video plugin.
If I manually activate the video plugin wordpress menus are not working as well as other customization menus on wordpress. The site works fine though.
Any ideas?

Supposedly the video should only show when someone click on video tab but recently when i open my product page the video will appear in top left corner of the page and blocking the product page contents and i cant close it. Only option is to refresh page.
