Hello everyone, yesterday after updating my php from 7.4.33 to 8.0.27, a fatal error came up preventing my customers to fullfill their payment. Specifically, they can order something go the checkout page fill their credit card’s details, transaction is completed by bank, and then it redirects to the common wordpress error page, referring that an error came up with this website. Transaction after all is not completed. Below a short part of the error log. ]]>For some orders we are receiving duplicate emails.
Example if user order and pay via simplify in this case user and admin will receive multiple 2 times email (after some time interval) but not every time suppose 2or3 users in a day received duplicate emails.

I received an email a last week from Priority Payment Systems stating that Simplify Commerce (from Mastercard) was being closed down on August 1, 2018 but I can’t find anything via Google search confirming it.

I am working on a new website and this will be my cc processor. However, when I got to the checkout field, no CSS will load and I could not find the file in the plugin zip.

I recently switched from Apache to NGINX. After getting everything sorted on the SSL certs I successfully logged into my site and tried to update to the new woocommerce-gateway-simplify-commerce plugin. I got the update but it gives me a “The plugin could not be activated. cURL is not installed.” error when I try to activate.
cUrl is installed. I checked php.ini in my /php5/fpm dir and my added extension=php_curl.so to the section on curl. I checked my curl ini file as well and no joy.
Any advice on what to try next?

]]>A client of mine uses Simplify Commerce as their payment gateway. They’ve noticed issue accepting credit cards when customers access the Pay for Order page using the link found in their invoice email. In the Credit Card section of the payment page, there is a radio button that says “Use a new card” which is right below the “Pay with your credit card via Simplify Commerce by MasterCard.” title. By default, this radio button is unselected. It is the only radio button displayed.
If a customer enters their credit card details without selecting that radio button the page will just reload. No error message is given and all of the input fields are cleared. If you select the radio button everything submits perfectly. It is common that people don’t notice or choose not to click that button. So, are there options to have it selected by default, or change a setting to not require it to be selected?
Anyone having issues with the latest update of this plugin working with WPTouch mobile site? My desktop version of Simplify Commerce works, but does not in WPTouch mobile site – I get the “Error processing checkout. Please try again” message when trying to check out with credit card in WPTouch mobile site. I have done everything I could think of troubleshooting the mobile site.
Anyone with a solution to this would make me a happy camper.

However when I turn on live mode, customers get a payment error saying “incorrecly formatted JWS payload” (typo included)
I have searched online and many people have this problem but don’t ever get a response. I can’t even figure out what this means.
I just updated to the lastest version of WooCommerce last night and it forced me to update to the new version of the SimplifyCommerce plugin too. (1.0.2)
I am on PHP 5.6 – It happens on 5.4 too. (I upgraded and the problem still exists)
I *Really REALLY * want to use Simplify Commerce, but at this point, I might have to launch my website with Paypal. ??

My client website is using WordPress version 4.4.2 and a WooCommerce 2.4.12 version of the plugin.. Although I tried updating it to a new version of WooCommerce but it seems forever to finish update. I tried refreshing again the site, it stays the old version of WooCommerce.
Any one here can help me on how to get the old version of Simply Commerce plugin? Is it possible ??

]]>I recently updated to WC version 2.6.2 which included removing Simplify Commerce from the WC and adding an additional plugin. Since that time, no one can place any orders. When clicking on Place Order, the error message “No parent set for variation” is returned, however these are all simple products with no variations.
I’m not sure if this is related to the new Simplify plugin or not, just trying to cover all my bases.

]]>Ever since the WooCommerce release of the new Simplify plugin, payments no longer process. When I try to do a test order with my own card, the error reads “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”
I confirmed that all my payment info is correct at checkout, but there’s still an error. WooCommerce even creates an order on the backend, but it’s marked as “Pending Payment”. I’ve also confirmed that the API Key is correct within my Simplify account, and a deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but still no progress.
