Plugin installs throwing no errors but the version and panel has changed. Does not show export option in tabs.

Hi, is this plugin compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce? It seems that this plugin has not been updated in over two years. ??

I’ve seen a few people post this but no solutions. When I click “export”, I’m just re-directed to a blank white screen and nothing else happens. Does this plugin not work with the latest version of WP?

I am running the latest version of WP 4.4.1 and noticed that this was currently only compatible for up to 4.2.6. Im not sure exactly what is causing the issue but I am only able to export active subscribers, not my entire email list including customers who have just built a profile and not yet purchased. Was looking for some resolution to this matter if you had any suggestions?

Not sure if this is a feature at all, but my exported first and last names are combined. This does not seem to be useful since woocommerce orders and most applications I would want to import into have both first and last name fields

Any chance of adding this ability?

Running WooCommerce 2.3.11, WordPress version 4.2.2 and version 1.3 of the plugin I cannot get the plugin to export the email addresses.

Hi there – plugin had been working absolutely fine however recently when we try to use it just shows all the emails listed in the browser (i.e. it does not prompt or create the csv)

Any ideas?

I tried to copy and paste from the browser into excel but doesnt create them in a cell each unfortunately.

I have a problem when a try to export. A page white appears, whit all the names and emails, but I can’t export, because of 3 latest messages, saying:

In case anyone else is looking, it’s under Reports. Thanks for a great plugin. One last question. I’m not familiar with CSV. Is that a file that works with mail chimp? Or, do I need to copy/paste all these email addresses? Thank you.

I have checked orders, settings, system status, etc. and cannot find an area like the one shown in your screenshot. Can you please tell me exactly where that is located? Thank you.

i was so relieved to find this plugin and also loving how easy and simple it is. But the main issue is its not exporting the full list. It exports 286 emails out of 1800.

Please suggest something, I need this asap.

Is this plugin compatible with Woo Commerce version 1.5.8?

I have the plugin installed however on the /export screen is blank in both possible location.

The exported CSV file contained only 132 customers, however, when I look at my “Customer List” there are 605 items.
