Download Dymo Label Software 8.7.4 from the Dymo compatibility chart & make sure to remove any other versions of Dymo label software & do a complete install. Check Dymo Label Web Service is running. You should now be able to create a label, save it, import it into the plugin & select the printer from a drop-down list within the plugin.
If the preview keeps spinning, ensure you have a label selected that you saved & imported. If you have recently updated the label design in Dymo Label Software 8.7.4 you will have to remove it from the label tab, delete it in the general tab & re-import it before the preview will load. Sometimes just changing tabs within the plugin is enough to refresh the preview.
Works exactly as required, we can print product labels for each product within an order directly from the woocomm order window without any additional button presses or manual typing. It selects the correct printer & prints almost instantly. This has saved us so much time.
Had a nightmare getting this plugin to work with no response from the support via their website. All the documentation is confusing and references different versions of the software required for the plugin to work.

We’ve used this for years. however, since they went to an expensive subscription model; the product is virtually unsupported (despite the significant annual cost for multiple sites). Support emails go unanswered and the product no longer works as advertised. It’s now a dud. There have major WP upgrades in the entire year since this had an update or maintenance release. Giant shame. Now they’re focused on the dollar instead of the client, they’ve lost the plot.

We have been using this plugin for years, printing product/ price labels. Would have rated it for 5 stars. Latest version however does not print Product-URL as QR Code. We have been asking about this for months. Sometimes they respond (after weeks), but unfortunately asking multiple times for temp. access. Last couple of weeks they don’t respond at all?? Very poor support, 2 stars as it worked for years.

Ich bin sehr entt?uscht, ich habe 3x Support angefragt da das Drucken mehrere Labels auf einmal nicht funktioniert. Ich kann nur einzelne Labels drucken. Es gibt nicht einmal ein Ticket für die Anfrage, man hat das Gefühl die Emails laufen ins Leere. Ich würde das Tool nicht empfehlen zu kaufen.

This add-on is incredible and now is on my list of must-have woocommerce plugins. I hooked up the dymo printer to my networked headless mac mini, installed the latest dymo software on both the mac mini and my own laptop, shared the printer from the mac mini, added to laptop, and now with the customised labels (I purchased the pro version) I can print shipping labels directly from my shop.
I cannot recommend this plugin highly enough. Thank you so much. Worth every Euro.

It seems to be the only plugin for WooCommerce that covers the need for printing on DYMO. The free version works very well for printing customers’ shipping addresses on 89x36mm labels. I will probably test the PRO version soon which allows more customization of labels (all order data, images, QR code, more printers and label sizes supported etc.). Many thanks for this very useful plugin!

I thought I paid for an unlimited license but it is just for One-year license. There was no descriptive information on the site. my license key is invalid now . i paid 35+15= 50 euro for file upload licenses.I’m thinking I cheated. Just stay away this plugin seller!!!

Hi,
Your plugin does not work on the latest version or WordPress 4.6.1 and latest version of WooCommerce as of today.
It recognizes the printer but does not print anything in the printing popup. It goes blank when I click the print button on the WooCommerce order page.
I’ve tried safari, chrome, firefox and opera browsers. And on 2 different MACOS Sierra computers
All used to work until a few weeks ago. I’ve allowed the “Browser to use the printer” but it gives a blank window and does not print anymore.
Quick fix would be great.

Je reconnais que l’application est bien faite et fonctionnelle même que je compte bien prendre la version pro ; mais je suis dé?ue de pas avoir les bonnes étiquettes et donc de pas pouvoir tester ; surtout que sur les étiquettes 28x89mm ?a marche très pour les expéditions …
La version pro permet elle de choisir ou d’indiquer les dimensions des étiquettes chargées dans l’étiqueteuse ?
Donc l’étoile manquante ; peut-être plus tard mais pour l’heure faudra faire sans …
