Hi! We ‘ve updated Dymo software and the printer works there but no longer from Woo Commerce, and the WP Fortune website doesn’t load any more. Are they still in business? Can I get support to get the plugin working? I was charged in January for a new renewal.

I also installed WP Fortune to enter my license key, this also does not work as it does not detect DYMO is actually installed. I have added a screenshot of the DYMO page in my admin
All my WordPress, plugins including Woocommerce are updated to the latest versions.
Could you please advise what the problem might be please?

]]>I’ve got a Dymo 450 installed for a client’s site, which has been working perfectly up to now with the free version of the plugin. Suddenly we’re getting the below error message and the site won’t connect to the printer:
‘Error: DYMO LabelWriter 450 installed, but not connected. Try to reconnect this printer.’
We’ve tried clearing browser caches, tried using other browsers, reinstalled/repaired the Dymo Connect software and also removed/installed the plugin to see if that would help.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have installed the Dymo Printer, drivers and software v 1.2 and read through your installation guides.
We can see the printer in the DYMO WordPress area for the Dymo 450 turbo and are also using the correct size of labels for the free version of the plugin. However, when we are attempting to print the label for the order, we get an error saying that the printer is not detected, please can you help point me in the right direction?

Since this morning our LabelWriter 450 printers were not printing any information on the labels, either from WooCommerce or directly from the Dymo software (tested with DCD 1.3.2 and DLS 8.7.3, same behaviour on different workstations).
So it’s not an issue related to your plugin but I thought it was important to share with you my experience that could affect many users.
After investigating, the problem appeared just after the Windows 10 security update KB5000802 of March 9, 2021. Once this update is uninstalled, printing will work correctly again.
According to some information found on the web, this update can also cause BSOD and affect several printer brands (Kyocera, Ricoh, Zebra, and others).

As you can see on the image, the print icon at the backend is not aligned right. If I disable the DYMO plugin it’s all fine, but enabled not. Is this a bug?

We’re using the Dymo print plugin on our website, right now we’re facing a problem in printing.
We’re a developer and working on Linux system but our client uses a Windows machine and Dymo plugin working well before a few plugins upgrade because after plugin upgrade the plugin working stop and return the error “There was an error while printing your label”. We’re not able to find out this issue please suggest any way to debug this issue because in “debug & help” not display any error.
Have any way to test it online like BrowserStack. ?

I installed the free version in my site (speldorado.com). I installed DYMO.Connect too.
DYMO.Connect as a Windows appication works file (weird UI…).
Mij PC knows 2 LW450 printers. One directly on a USB port and one on a Cups printer server. I have only one LW450 so one of the two is active. When I have the LW450 on USB, all seems fine. When I hook the LW450 to the Cups server (Raspberry running Linux), it is shown in the printer list and the error log says not connected:
Error: \\https://192.168.10.43:631\DYMO_LabelWriter_450 installed, but not connected. Try to reconnect this printer.

Is jour plugin searching for a specific printer status? Maybe my Cups server does not respond to a request for status? Maybe the DYMO Connect software cannot print to remote printer servers at all. Their docs are non-existing os out of date…

]]>When I saw this plugin i was quite excited. I installed and the print lable image/button showed beside my pdf delivery and invoice went ahead and pushed the button and Voila! it printed! Ok its printed on the wrong printer I have three dymos setup for labels 4xl twin turbo and 450. No probs I am sure there will be a default printer setting Oh! dymo print tab great Now maybe i can remove the selection of printer?? no default setting ?? And then ahh there a pro option. Smart make us pay to get what we want thats ok little app like this what 20 25?? $50 NZD for a year!!
And that is where I am at. so is there away to select one printer as default? if i take out a mortgage for the pro version will that let me select a default printer?

I operate an online store which uses a Woocommerce Shop page & I have just discovered that the Shop page displays & functions fine on:
– Safari via iOS9 on a 2016 iPhone
– Chrome 85.0.4183.101 via Android 6.0.1 on an Oppo phone
– Chrome 85.0.4183.84 via Windows on an HP notebook
However, I have now tested my site on two separate Chromebooks & discovered that the Shop page does not display. It is listed in the header menu, but the Shop page will not display. Both Chromebooks were Lenovo & both use Chrome 85.0.4183.84
Has anyone else made this observation?
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Chromebooks have rising popularity & I would be very concerned if a Chromebook user is locked out of some or all Woocommerce Shop pages.

Thanks for this plugin, I love it.
It’s not working on Firefox. It works fine in Safari. Printer is installed etc.
When I try to print an address label from customer orders in Firefox, I get a red line, and the following message:
No printers are installed or recognized by your browser. Please see our documentation for more information.
I have the latest version. There’s nothing on the debug log.

Hi. I was also wondering if I can 2-way sync customers from my Dymo Software installed on my Mac to the users in WordPress? This would be INCREDIBLE! I’d definitely be into Pro then! If not I would highly recommend you add that!!

Is anyone aware of a way to remove the Dymo print label icon’s from the WooCommerce order page? I keep hitting this icon when I’m going in to print a packing slip, and wasting a bunch of labels! I know the obvious answer is “don’t click on the icon”…but it’s location makes it too easy to hit by accident.

Print label function does not appear in the order action menu. Print button does not appear in the detailed order page.
Plug-in succesfully installed and printing of the printer information via the Dymo print item under the Woocommerce item was succesful.
