Works as described! I set up the api from dropbox, put in the key in the wp plugin settings, and was able to successfully send myself a test file from dropbox. A workshop I was having trouble with, finally has a way to be sold online!

this plugin not working anymore. sending link to files which gives currupt dolownload to customers. they cant open the file. and no one is solving the issue. choose another plugin please.

This plugin is really useful if you have your WooCommerce Digital/Downloadable Products uploaded to Dropbox (e.g. PDFs, Word DOCs, MP4s etc..). It’s a much better way to supply digital files to your Customer than loading them on your own hosting.

Huge thanks to the developer for getting on top of some issues that it had. Works great now! ????

There are serious breaking issues caused by this plugin. We had to migrate away from it and start serving from Amazon S3. It has not been updated in a few years.

• Download permissions are stored as the file name instead of the ID, causing downloads to not work for long file names (https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/19591#issuecomment-389521039)
• Updating a file download with a new URL breaks all download permissions to that file for all existing orders (downloads disappear). I think it’s creating a new file entry rather than updating the existing one (new files are not automatically added to existing orders for a downloadable product in WP).

The plugin used to work perfectly, a seamless integration with WooCommerce.
However, as reported on the support forum, there is an issue with the plugin leading to corrupted files being download by the buyers of our digital goods.
Hope a prompt solution can be given soon, as in its current status, the plugin is creating quite a few headaches.

In WooCommerce 3.0 the size of the file dont show in internet download manager but in perivious vesion of WooCommerce the size of file showing in IDM !

I want that the direct download link from dropbox hide in download manager but the size of the file is show in download manager

Pleas Fix this Problem

Hi i love this plugin, but i getting a bug when active this plugin.
the bug is doesn’t allow me to customize the wordpress (Appearance > Customize). it shown a blank page.

It would be a great plugin, definitively 5 stars if it could work.

1) My products are 95% variable and I have more files for each variation.
Plugin does not work with variable products.

2) My files are .dmg (OSX files) and plugin doesn’t work with this extension. Only with selected extensions.

I will change this review to 6 stars as soon as it works with variable products and other file types.
