Hi,
I installed the plugin but it is not working in my website, can you please check and let me know the solutions?
Any way to include the links in the admin dashboard of the variation?
Thanks

]]>In WC3.0 the filter being used here was deprecated.
I thought I’d share my findings to help others here.
If after updating to wc3.0 you find this doesn’t work, change line 19 from
add_filter(‘woocommerce_product_default_attributes’, ‘setup_swatches’, 10, 1);
to
add_filter(‘woocommerce_product_get_default_attributes’, ‘setup_swatches’, 10, 1);

Hi,
We have some variations in our shop for sizes that are in feet, for example, 12’x 15′.
The plugin is working with our weight attribute, but the size is not. I’ve tried the following and still can’t get the proper variation to show up:
domain.com/?weight=12oz&size=12’X15′
domain.com/?weight=12oz&size=12%27X15%27
Using URLs like those, the proper weight is being selected as it should, but not the size.
What would be the proper URL in this case? What about for inches?
Thank you,
Dave
Can you tell me why this URL isn’t working please?

Many thanks.

]]>How can I link the selected schools, under the ‘Find Your School’ menu item in main nav, to an archive page displaying all Woocommerce products available for the specific school selected?
My dev site is here: https://affinitygamerooms.marklovettstudio.com/
In my dev site at, affinitygamerooms.marklovettstudio.com, I set up a ‘Products’ nav menu where you select a product such as ‘Pool Tables’ then scroll down and you’ll see a ‘Find Your School’ button with the list of schools, then choose your school, then the product page for the school displays.
In Woocommerce, I set up ‘Pool Tables’ as a variable product, ‘Find Your School’ as an attribute, and all the schools are entered as attribute values.
Thanks so much for any help!
]]>I’m afraid that your claim to be “100% case insensitive” is not quite true.
I have a variation called “Paddington Bear”.
This works:
https://www.personalised-by-you.com/product/childs-4-piece-stainless-steel-cutlery-set/?design=Paddington+Bear
This does not:
https://www.personalised-by-you.com/product/childs-4-piece-stainless-steel-cutlery-set/?design=paddington+bear
It seems that only single word variation titles are 100% case insensitive.
Great plugin otherwise though, thanks!

]]>Dear support,
I’m using yout plugin together with the “Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches” plugin whose developers recommend your plugin.
Let’s say I have a product with two attributes: color and size. When I use one GET parameter in the URL, for example “color”, the link that gets created is correct and points to the product variation of the correct color. But the image that is shown is not the correct yet, because in order to show it , the other attribute – size in my case – needs to be selected, too.
Normally, WooCommerce has the option to choose default parameters for the attributes. Keeping these parameters would solve the issue – but the link that gets created by “WooCommerce Direct Variation Link” seems to overwrite these default parameters. Even the ones that where not addressed by the URL created.
Could you please have a look at this issue?
Thanks a lot,
Tom

]]>Hi,
I tried your plugin along with Woocommerce subscriptions. I have variable subscriptions but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m using the Woocommerce subscriptions add-on from WooThemes.
Is your plugin compatible with that?

]]>Dear Developer,
does this plugin also work with “woocommerce product-add-on”?
https://www.woothemes.com/products/product-add-ons/
In case it does not support it; would you consider a custom development?
Please send me your offer.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards

]]>The plugin is electing the correct variations from the Rl but the variation image is not being set. As soon as the page loads, you can see that the variation image is selected and then quickly it’s changed to the product image.
It would be perfect if the variation image remains as apposed to changing to the product image.
Any ideas?

]]>Hey,
This plugin is exactly what I need, but when I activate it, it breaks my Bundled products. I can’t say that I am surprised considering what consists of both plugins. What I mean by “breaks” is that Single products work great, but when I go to a Bundled product page, the code stops at loading the variations and breaks all code below it. No errors are in the console.
My question is if there is anything I can do to fix this, or else maybe a direction I can take to fix it manually (I understand the repercussions). I could also work on it and fork your Github if needed.
Thank you,
– Andrew

]]>Hi, The plugin perfectly works for the english language. My site runs on four languages. Now currently two are in production.
For English pages the variation links are working correctly.
But for the other languages such as chinese and japanese. The plugin is not selecting any of the variation listed in the options of the individual products attributes section.
Please anyone help me for solving the issue.

]]>Works awesome except when I specify a default variation the images for that variation load even when I go direct to a different variation. Deselect a default product variation and everything works fine except when people click on the product in the shop front end it does not select any variation (of course as no default is specified) but this looks bad as there is no add to cart button until a variation is selected.
Thanks

]]>This looks like a very handy plugin, but I am having problems creating the URL for my attribute name which contains a space.
My attribute name is “Battery Unit” and the attribute values are “Single (up to 6 hours)” and “Dual (up to 12 hours)”
I have tried these URLs…
/my-product/?Battery+Unit=Single+(up+to+6+hours)
/my-product/?Battery+Unit=Dual+(up+to+12+hours)
…but they both take me to the default product page.
Can you advise?
Thanks,

Is it only working if you manually add the variables? or should it also work when I have a variable product and change the color/size/whatever in the frontend?
It would be ideally if then the url gets updated with the correct variables ?
thanks in advance
