Plugin does exactly what we want in terms of ensuring we have a signed agreement to the purchase terms. While the customer may still not actually read the terms, at least we have some legal standing.

The solution is not free and there is a reason why! there is a big focus to make the thibgs easy. many inbtegrations and the most interesting for me is woocommerce.
i am now able to offer a fully automated contract to my customers depending what they buy. this is making gain time and provides a great customer experience.
I love the solution and i received great support when i needed. i am a big fan!

I have used services like DocuSign for some time but I always had to pay for additional users and it was not integrated into my WooCommerce. Since I discovered this plugin I changed completely and now I can not be happier. Additionally, the 2 times I have written support I received a quick response.

I installed this plugin which violates the WP terms that requires plugins to offer some kind of free functionality even if there is a paid version. This plugin not only doesn’t function without a license, but it breaks the ability to save changes on a page until it’s disabled or, presumably, the extra software is installed.
I’m starting to wonder if I should have recommended this plugin to my client…

I’ve used this plug in on a client’s website for over a year and, while it’s a valuable plug in when it works, it’s the most painful, time consuming and poorly supported (for a paid business license version) I’ve dealt with. It seems every update has about a 60% chance of breaking some functionality, the add-on extensions to provide additional (and much needed feature sets) are implemented and updated in an incoherent way, and it gives you the feeling that it’s developed in a way where every update is a bandage fix for a poorly written core.
As for the support, I currently have an open ticket in which their last response was 20 days ago, and I’ve written them asking what is going on multiple times only to hear nothing back until today. Today’s response from them shows they’ve made no progress on the issue at all. They also want admin access to your WP back end and have to literally take over their plug in during that time using their super admin feature. Not good.
Think twice about using this plug in and consider alternatives if you can find something that will work for your situation. There’s no way I can recommend this product if you run a serious business oriented website.

I swear you can freaking do anything you dream up with woo commerce. This integration is seriously AMAZING! Even though it’s a little pricey ($197) for the business license, I think it’s totally worth it.
The woo integration has been a huge life-saver for us… If one of our customers add’s a product to their shopping cart, they’re required to FIRST sign our terms of service agreement contract before submitting their payment. After they sign it they are automatically redirected to the final payment screen where they complete the order. The user does’t have to download anything or leave the site and register anywhere, or really do anything out of the way at all. We get the legal contract in our Dropbox as a PDF (using another one of Approve me’s other add ons).
Loving the WP esignature and woo commerce integration! Great work guys.

I have bought the plugin for nearly 200 dollars and doesnt work, I have sent an email to the customer service and has reply to me 2 hours ago asking what happens which I have said again, but not reply yet…..
Lets see how quickly the customer service is going to help to fix the plugin.
