We bought this plugin from Woocommerce back in December and immediately found a bug that rendered the plugin useless for FB integration. We brought it to their attention and they told us they “fixed” it but never pushed the update. We tried to get it solved for over 3 months before we reported them to Woocommerce for breaching the marketplace T&Cs… don’t waste your money.

I installed the plugin and entered the tracking code into the corresponding field but the tracking pixel isn’t firing. I’ve tried two different pixels and neither one fires using this plugin.

The Free version has enough options to make the basic part of tracking tasks in the different platforms like Pixel (Facebook) and Google Ads. I rate five stars because it helped me. So it deserves!

This plugin has been in use by our team across hundreds of sites in conjunction with a custom attribution tracking system we’ve developed. This allowed us to track WooCommerce conversions and attribute them appropriately back to which marketing/advertising effort drove the sale.
Up until this past week or two we did not have any issues – then, their development team without any notice or consideration, dropped the critical feature of passing custom variables in the free version. This means that we have many many WooCommerce stores that overnight stopped properly reporting conversions which caused a significant issue with our clients.
I am very disappointed they removed this feature and it makes the plugin useless for many people.

I tried my best to make this work, but the JS code never appeared on any of the ckeckout process pages. Cleared cache just in case, but didn’t work….

Installed the tracking code from google in the “cart” section and it is obviously some programming erorr as the Google Chrome extension identifys a tracking error:

I am mentioning that I did NOT CHANGE anything in the code from Google, so obviously this plugin is not reading the G-codes properly, so there is very little hope it will track properly.
Besides, support seems inexistant lately ….

Total waste of time.
Got fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function…
Not only did it give a fatal error, but it also crashed my GA eComm tracking at the same time! So – no FB conversion tracking and no GA eComm tracking while this plugin was enabled.

The only plugin I’ve found which works with the new facebook Pixel tracking events like AddToCart… needs a fix for Checkout of External products then it gets the fifth star.

This plugin completely fails to work on individual products. The tracking pixel shows up on the product page itself (before you even add to cart) and does not show up after checkout. If users click on your FB ads to view a product, it will register as a conversion and you will pay big bucks for it, while not actually making any sales.

This is a good plugin, but is not compatible with the woocommerce extension that adds customers to a MailChimp list. It deactivates the MC functionality.

Google adwords conversion code asks for the code to be added to the “body” of the thank you page. At present this plugin only includes options to add to header/footer.
If this option was added it’d be a very useful plugin.
