Good morning, the website we are working on (it’s under construction at this moment) is with 2 languages (italian and english). For the translation is used WPML.
It seems that the option “hide” on the “Hide the “Read more” button for “Call for Price” products in the archives.” is ignored on the english version of the website for variable products (as you can see on the example screenshots).
We checked if changing the language on the control panel it changes also the option, but the it appears checked as in the italian version.
There is an issue or have we to change something somewhere?
Thank you for your reply.
]]>Hello,
we are using a special tag for “call for price” products, but recognized, that it does only work with empty prices and prices that aren’t zero.
When it’s zero, the price and the add to cart button are shown.
It’s not possible for us to activate the option “Enable Call for Price for zero(0) price products”, because there are also free products in the shop.
]]>Hello!
The title says most of what I’m getting at. I’ve run into an issue on my woocommerce site where any variable product takes me to an error page. This originally popped up when I upgraded to the latest version of “Woocommerce Stripe Gateway”. I contacted the Stripe people and they had me troubleshoot until I found that while Call for Price is live, it makes it so variable products don’t work.
Since this was black friday weekend, I switched back to an older version of Stripe so that everything worked fine so we didn’t lose sales.
Please advise.
]]>Hi I love your plugin features, but I am facing difficulties when I have selected an entire category of products more than (100), and want to exclude one or more products to show its pricing for customers orders.
in such case, i am forced to remove the entire category from the “call for price” condition, just to make customer see the price of his ordering item to place the order.
Can you add a fields of exclude/include of a product from “call for price” in setting page.
]]>Hi,
When the products that I set to display “Call for Price” (empty price) appears in Related Products section, they are showing €0,00 instead of “Call for Price” text.
How can I fix this?
Thanks!
best Regards
When used with woo Commerce Direct Check out, the plugin doesn’t work. Direct Checkout takes over everything.
This can be solved with a control for weight.
]]>Can I change the “Call For Price” message to something like “Chat Now?” Thanks.
]]>Admittedly, I am trying to troubleshoot this plugin with an up-to-date version of WordPress and WooCommerce. In my WooCommerce Status I see a message: “3.2.7 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.1.1.”
And so…if that is the root of my problem, I may just have to wait for the plugin to be updated.
But, for now, my plugin is not working. I purchased the Pro version, hoping that the development cycle could be a little ahead of the non-pro. After installing and properly licensing, I still have the same result…”Call For Price” not showing on my products. I have one recent example I can point you to: https://www.bjpond.com/product/mossback-starter-kit/
On this product my price is left blank. It is a simple product.
This plugin used to work, but somewhere in the transition to newer versions of WP and Woo, I seem to have lost the functionality.

Hello, it is possible to translate the text into other languages?
I find your plugin really useful but I need it to be multilanguage
When customers are not logged in, $0.00 is showing instead of ‘Call for Price’.
This is not the case when customers are logged in.
There is some back-end php to convert standard price to an inflated price for site users who are not logged in.
]]>I get this error message
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘alg_call_for_price’ in /home/xxxxxxx/www/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-call-for-price/includes/class-wc-call-for-price.php on line 222
]]>Hello guys, is it possible to localize the “Call for price” into the site language? Or do I need to buy the pro version?
]]>Hello,
We have some products that are always listed as Call For Price. We installed this plugin and it used to work with our setup for about a year. Now it stopped working again. It was fixed before, but now back to not working anymore as of Jan 2019. Does anyone know how to get it fixed using the latest versions of Woocommerce and WordPress?
Thx.
]]>Hello
How can i redirect Call For Price button To Contact page
Hi,
Just installed it on a live website. The plugin works, but the “Hides sale tag for products with empty prices” is not working. It still shows a “free” banner on the category overview page. (bottem left product)
How to fix this?
Thanks
Hi there,
I have recently purchased the call for price plugin for my wooCommerce website. I am having difficulty in getting this plugin to work alongside another plugin I am using – woocommerce wholesale prices. The wholesale prices plugin lets me set prices for products based on the role of the user. When the user has the role of “Wholesale Customer” the prices for products change.
For every product on my website I have set a non-blank & non-zero “wholesale price”.
For some products on my site I wish to use the “Call for Price” functionality (show the call for price text, prevent products being added to the cart) only when the user is either:
1. not logged in, or
2. is logged in but does not have the role “Wholesale Customer”
i.e. when the user is logged in and has the role of “Wholesale Customer” then the call for price plugin should not operate.
]]>Hi @algoritmika @anbinde,
I have tried to install and test the plugin on my site. It works fine by displaying ‘Call for Price’ for the product with no price. However, it still show ‘Add to Cart’ function for the product with no price at the same time. It should be disable ‘Add to Cart’ function especially for the product with no price.
FYI it was displayed ‘Add to Cart’ function on the product page (not single product page).
Kindly help me to solve it if you have any solutions.
Thanks in advance.
]]>Hi, I’ve installed this plug-in to allow me to show ‘Call for price’ against one variation product. It works correctly for this product (with no price) by showing ‘Call for price’ and removing the ‘Add to cart’ button. However, for other variation products it is also removing the price. It now just shows stock, quantity box and ‘Add to cart’ for the other variation products. Is this a bug or is there a setting I need to set? If I deactivate the plugin, all products show the price before the stock level. Thanks
]]>I am trying to get variations of variable products to display the “Call for Price”. It currently shows $0.00 for the variation left empty and only hides the add to cart when selected. Is there any way to correct this and force the $0.00 amount to display Call for Price instead?
]]>I think I may have found a bug… and this ties in slightly with my last support request
The Simple Product > Single Product Page HTML appears intermittently as the price for products in the Recently Viewed widget on the sidebar. This widget seems to use the Simple Product > Related Products HTML but when viewing a product when it is also visible in the Recently Viewed listing, the price in the Recently Viewed listing is replaced with the Single Product Page HTML.
Hopefully these 2 screenshots help explain…
You will see in the upper screenshot how the product displayed is also visible in the Recently Viewed listing to the left. The Single Product Page HTML is incorrectly applied to the Recently Viewed item in this scenario
In the second screenshot you will see how the Recently Viewed item now correctly shows the Related Product HTML because the product on display on the main page is a different product
Any ideas? I’ll provide admin login if you need it
]]>Hi,
I’m using the Flatsome WooCommerce theme here with the Pro version of Call for Price. So far so good, very happy with how the plugin performs across single and variable products
One catch I see (may be theme specific) is that the Simple Product > Single Product Page HTML also appears as the price in the ajax search results drop-down. This is probably expected except I wish to have different HTML in the search results drop-down to the HTML on the Single Product Page
Any code I could pop in functions.php to customise the drop-down search results HTML or to hide it?
]]>Planning on buying a Pro licence but having read recent reports here and over here, I want to check the plugin still works as expected
I have trialled the free version and it seems to work okay but then the free version just pastes the same one line of text for all instances
]]>Hello,
We have had this Call For Price plugin working on our website for a while and it worked good.
But recently, as of November 2017 it stopped working. I suspect that either WordPress or Woocommerce was updated and that disabled this Call For Price.
When will there be an updated version of this plugin that work with the most recent versions of Woocommerce and WordPress?
Thanks.
]]>Please help.
If I check for all products, the plugin works fine but I need it for only £0.00 priced (no price) products.
Could I have a conflict with other plugins?
]]>Hello – I have installed and am trying out your plugin, but for some reason it is not displaying the “Call for Price” message even though the price field is empty.
One example of this can be seen at:

Could you provide some help with this issue?

]]>this plugin isnt working at all.
i enabled it and left the price empty and it does not show “Call for Price” also does NOT hide the add to cart button. I’ve tried with simple and variable products. Would you be willing to take a look if i provide login details?
Hello,
I love your plugin! However, why doesn’t it hide the Add to Cart button when using the option: Make All Products “Call for Price”? We do not want visitors to be able to add the product to their cart at all, but the button is still showing.
Can you fix this please?
Also, we noticed that the price is still showing up in the code when viewing source for the variations in the data-product_variations attribute. We found this out because a customer contacted us because the price was showing in our Google meta descriptions.
Can you please fix this also?!
Thanks!
]]>Any chance you can hide the Add to Cart button also? Doesn’t make too much sense to show the button and to show “Call for Pricing!”
Thanks!
]]>I would like to put call for price in the product page (when 0), put a link under “call for price”, taking the user to the contact form (i already have it in the site) in which you can find a field already compiled with the name of the product
Could it be done?
Thanks
]]>I use woocommerce and avada theme. I have also added pluggings: compare, ask for a quote and fedex shipping.
I have created a list of products to sell each pages having exactly the same properties. So the Call for a Price plugin serves me when a comparison of products is made, the table will show “Ask for a price”, on all other listings it is the ask for a quote that shows (including on products page). Now that was working beautiful and the *ask for a price”pluging was working for about 20 of my products and then when I came to the last 5, suddenly I can no more save my product pages when prices are empty. I will get an error message asking to fill in a price. I can still somewhat make this work by putting a 0 value but then when I create compare tables, they will show “free” under the products and no more the “call for a price”. Any idea why call for a price worked for all products except 5 when there is absolutely no difference whatsoever between those products pages?
(I tried to clone pages too, but it just seems that now I can no more save products with empty prices on)
Thank you
