Tried to test your plugin with role based pricing, but it failed. We use plugin “WooCommerce Tiered Price Table” for this. Any workarounds?

Is it possible to refresh the page automatically after adding products to the cart? Because if I don’t refresh the page my cart remains blank until I continue browsing.

Installing this plugin overrides my themes add to cart funcionality. Instead of opening my side cart floyout, my products now display a ‘product added to your cart’ banner.

I would like to use this plugin without it overriding how products get added to cart. Please assist

We’re using your plugin and the variation selector doesn’t seem to be working. We can select two variations https://snipboard.io/fzuQtR.jpg but when we make the order we get an error that say that one of the two variations are not selected: https://snipboard.io/aPZscz.jpg

I’ve tried this with a default theme and by disabling most of the plugins.

Any advise?

Hi Support Team,

I tried installing the plugin version 3.5.5 , when activating it I got a message stating that the plugin has no valid header.
I tested the same with version 3.5.3 and that version can be activated without an error.
I am assuming this might be a little bug.

If I try to search by SKU or the product number, rather than its name, the relevant products aren’t found.

If I type 756 for the search, the results dont show the produckt 756 tagmaling on https://maling.shop/udendoersmaling/tagmaling/bj-756-tagmaling/

I will have to type in “tagmaling” to make it work. Since most of our customers know products by a three digit number, I’d love if the number search would work better.

We are using woocommerce for a member group (100 members).

I would need such a plugin for creating specific orders for different users from the backend. Each order have one ore two products.

Your plugin works fine for an logged in User and creates an order only for the actual logged in user/customer.

I would need an additional user-id input field so that the created order will be assigned to the user with this user-id.

Is this possible with the pro version or an add on?

My quick order form has two fields — the product (searchable by SKU) and quantity. When I search for a product and confirming it by pressing <enter>, I’d expect the focus to move to the quantity field so that I could enter it right away, but this doesn’t happen. My base extension is up-to-date (3.3.9), but the pro add-on isn’t (3.0.5). I was wondering if this is something that is supposed to be working the way I describe with the latest Pro add-on?

When typing the SKU we keep getting ‘No products found’ no matter what SKU we enter. It just started doing this. We have had it installed and working fine for months.

If a customer already knows the SKUs of the products they wish to order, is there a way for them to copy-and-paste SKUs and quantities into a single field to generate a bulk order? For example:
SKU001, 3
SKU002, 10
SKU003, 1
SKU004, 100
SKU005, 10

SKU007, 10
etc.

Getting the following error on the website and think I’ve traced it down to the following template files

Error message

The WC_Cart::get_cart_url function is deprecated since version 2.5. Replace with wc_get_cart_url.

Using this command

Testing free version. So far so good!

We store our commonly used short name, which is stored as a meta customer field in search as opposed to the super long SKU. From the screenshot it seems that even the Pro version only search by ID SKU or Title. Is it possible?

I am not seeing product images in my order form. Is this standard?

Instead of searching for a product, can I just have them displayed or will I need to buy both the pro version and the prepopulated extention?

I’m in doubt that this plugin is for me because it’s hard to test with the limited features.
