Le site Beans est en anglais, impossible à utiliser par nos clients fran?ais. Le plugin est en anglais aussi, mais lorsqu’on l’a traduit en fran?ais, on s’aper?oit que le message d’accueil sur notre site reste en anglais. Ce message-là ne fait pas partie des cha?nes à traduire.
Mes clients ont re?u des mails (en anglais, bien s?r ! C’est tellement pro d’envoyer des mails en anglais à ses clients fran?ais !!!) les informant que mon site leur proposait un système de points. Ils ont re?u ces mails alors que j’avais mis le plugin en mode TEST, de manière à le configurer avant de décider de son utilisation. Beans ne chercherait-il pas à forcer la main de ses clients potentiels ?
Résultat : ce plugin rejoint ma corbeille.

It’s a blanket coupon code. There’s no intensive for customers to come back as they can cash them in as soon as they join for whatever they want. As in you pay them to take it by the time the transaction is complete, then they have no intensive to come back to spend the points.
After 100 customers sign up they charge insane prices per month, and keep in mind the creators of this plugin also register as customers so they pad the numbers to get you to by a larger program.
Once you sign up they will never stop emailing or harassing you. I’ve also heard complaints from my customers that the beans creators are actually emailing them also. So they are taking your customer lists and they are using it for their own target market research and as well as charging you a monthly fee to be able to do it.
This is an awful program with very shady business practices and has caused me nothing but trouble since I’ve installed it. If I could give it less than 1 star, I gladly would.

Well, I have been using it for quite some time and here are the two main things are appreciate the most:
– Definitely great support team and they respond to mails within a few hours!
– Continuously updated
It’s too soon to give a thorough feedback but my customers love it. If you are not using it already you should definitely give it a try.

looks like it works, I can log in and check if any customers joined and how many beans they earned for joining but one customer just placed an order and should have earned 773 beans. She says she can only see that she earned the # of beans for subscribing. I also cannot see the beans she earned with her order. Giving it some time to receive the order and maybe the earned beans will finally show up.

Good job. I haven’t been able to test the plugin for long.
It is still not yet mature but it looks very promising. If you like trying new things you definitely want to check this out. I hope they will continue to improve it.
One last thing. The support has just asked if I needed help for implementation and didn’t ask for it. This doesn’t happen often and it is very nice of them to send this kind of mail.
