Hi, we want to user your plugin to import the shipping rates for all the world nations, so we have all weight/price/nation in an excel and we would like to know if we could import all somehow into your plugin configuration.
Do you think is that possible? thank you very much
]]>Hi
I’m interested to have APG shipping plugin taking over one of my eshop shipping method (site under construction)
Goal: at concerned shipping method, I’d like shipping price to be function of Cart Total price
i.e if client Cart is from X to Y€
=> Shipping price will be Z
& so on according to Cart total range prices.
Version in use at new site in construction:
Woo V. ?8.6.1
APG shipping V. ?2.6.1
My question: While I create a new Shipping method from scratch -under Woo>Shipping- I’m seeing only 3 “default” field options (Method Title, Tax status & Handling Fee”). Screenshot 1: https://snipboard.io/uLB3GT.jpg
Like if APG shipping was not “taking control” over the newly created shipping method.
I compared the field with a different eshop (where APG Shipping module has control over) I do see a bunch of options including the “Shipping rates” (see Screenshot2 : https://snipboard.io/9nLRld.jpg) field that doesn’t show up at the shipping method just created as seen at screenshot1.
I’d be grateful to figure out how to force a newly created shipping method to get turned into “APG shipping” one so I can have the desired setting with Cart total price range.
Many thanks in advance for your time and advices.
Alex

Hello good day… we have configured our website with your plugin and we are very happy to have found you!!!!
We have a problem how can we make it charge a unit rate for each product that is added to the cart.
example.
if shipping is 1
1 product = 1
2 products = 2
3products= 3
we have not been able to find any documentation.
thank you very much for your attention.
]]>Hi,
Do you have English documentation?
I’m looking for a very simple rates solution, price per kg. I would like to add rates based on 1kg, 1kg for Germany for example is 1.5 EUR, so if order total weight is 20kg, the final shipping rate would be 30 EUR, is that possible with your plugin?
Because We have orders from 50kg up to 2000kg. and it’s very difficult to calculate all rates for specific weights for more than 40 countries.
It would be very easy for us if it’s possible to set rates per kg.
Thanks!
]]>Hello there,

Hello. Is it possible to set APG to offer free shipping (no charge) for selected products to selected shipping zones ?
For example – we would like to offer free UK shipping on a new book, but that same book the shipping cost needs to be calculated using the usual weight method for international customers outside UK.
(Feel free to answer in Spanish.)
Thanks !

]]>Hello,
On my store I have some small products (eg. Product ‘Small’ in Shipping Class ‘small’) and large products (eg. Product ‘Large’ in Shipping Class ‘large’).
I have a Shipping Method for Royal Mail that I’d like to enable for Shipping Class ‘small’ and a Shipping Method for Courier Delivery that is much more cost effective for Shipping Class ‘large’.
If I add Products from each Shipping Class individually then this works fine, however if I add Products from both Shipping Classes then I am still offered the Shipping Method ‘Royal Mail’, even though it is not compatible with the Product ‘Large’.
Any suggestions on how I can exclude a Shipping Method if ANY of the Products are in a particular Shipping Class, not if ALL of the Products are in said Shipping Class?
Many thanks in advance for your time and assistance,
Simon
]]>I have a problem with the PayPal button disappearing when a different shipping method is selected. I’m not sure if this began when this WC – APG Weight Shipping was updated or when WordPress 5.8.2 was updated.
I have different shipping methods set up for each zone so that customers can choose between standard and tracked methods. When a product is added inside the basket and a customer goes to check out, the PayPal payment button appears below the total cost. But if a different shipping method is selected, the total cost updates correctly but the PayPal button disappears. The only way to get it back is to reload the page.
Please could someone help me to get this functioning again so that the PayPal button is always there ? You can see the problem yourself by adding a product at https://thevisiblepress.com/shop – it is not necessary to go through the whole check out process !
Thank you !
]]>Dear Team,
could you please assist me and tell me what I done wrong/not, that there is no shipping cost on my invoice. Pick up and other Shipping Classes are one the invoices.
Thanks in advance

Hola.
Tengo las siguientes reglas
5|500
10|1000
25|2500
Funciona correctamente.

]]>First of all thank you for your plugin, it is very powerful.
but i got a question about Estimated delivery time:
i add a shipping method, and name [Ship on 1-2 day], how to automatically calculate the estimated delivery date? only a input text option for estimated delivery time.
for example,
If today’s date is 07/10/2021
Ship on 1-2 Day
Estimated delivery time: 07/12/2021
If today’s date is 07/12/2021
Ship on 1-2 Day
Estimated delivery time: 07/14/2021
How to display this dynamic estimated delivery date? thanku
]]>Hi,
When using option highest shipping class rate, the calculation is done on the weight of the highest shipping class and not on the total cart weight.
It should use the total cart weight.

]]>Hello,
I have a product item (checked luggage) that uses CPO plug-in to let customers input the checked weight on the product page and display it on the product price after calculation, so I set the actual weight of the product to 0, but the APG weight shipping plug-in can’t set the weight price to 0. Is there a solution to this problem?
Thanks.
]]>Hi there,
Firstly, this plugin has been fantastic – I have gone through four just to get what I need and this has been so helpful.
I just have one small issue. When a customer places an order, rather than showing the minimum price, it shows the higher price.
My shipping rates to the US are as follows:
720|11.1|323x220x20
770|23|323x250x150
Our customer ordered a book weighing 322g with the dimensions 196 x 125 x 20.
Rather than pay £11.10, they were charged £23.00, despite the order falling within the dimensions of the cheaper shipping option.
Is there a way I can possibly fix this?
Thanks for your help! ??

Saludos
]]>Hi
My settings are
1|7
5|8
20|11
1kg = £7
5kg = £8
20kg is £11
However if someone add’s two products which are both 19kg then Ideally the shipping total should be £22 and not £11 as the customer has exceeded 20kg?
Or if the customer had 2 items one being 19kg and another 3kg then it should be £19 shipping as the 20kg has been exceeded but it the remainder of the exceed is below 5kg
How would I go about setting this up?
Thanks

hola!
?Como puedo a?adir precio al kg adicional?
thanks for your great plugin.
We are using your plugin since a few years and all worked perfectly.
We have the shipping label as “Envio” where the plugin adds the shipping price…
the rare thing we need is that, when the price is 0 ( because between 14 and 19 Kg the shipping is free) …. the label showed should be like “Envio 0€” or a custom label like “ENVIO GRATIS”…
Is there a way to have that behaviour?
Thank you very much
]]>Hi,
Pls refer to https://snipboard.io/vQUE8Z.jpg
My question concerns APG plugin Shipping Rates:
At screenshot https://snipboard.io/vQUE8Z.jpg you can see the rule set for shipping rated encircled as following:
29.89|3.65
49.89|0
The APPLY SHIPPING RATE filed is set with “CART TOTAL”
I need the method not to be shown at CHECKOUT when user cart TOTAL is above 49.90.
Could you please confirm what is the rule format I should write so the method won’t be shown if users have a cart above 49.90?
Many thanks in advance
Alex
]]>Hi
On your WordPress plugin page you have this:
“In any case Art Project Group provides any kind of free technical support.”
It would make more sense in English as:
“In no case does Art Project Group provide any kind of free technical support.”
or better
“Art Project Group does not provide any kind of free technical support.”
Do you have a link to your donation page in English? I would like to suggest to my client that they donate to your plugin but they won’t cope with a page in Spanish. Thanks
]]>Hi, since we install the plugin, when we add to the cart a product,
It shows a array (json like) with the price range and some info.
We are using WP 5.2, WooC 3.9.1, the lastest version of apg (2.3.2.2) and the theme is Porto.
Any idea what could happen?
Thanks.
