Please go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear analytics cache.
Once cleared, re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics → Settings
Check under WooCommerce > Status → Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.
Please let me know how to clear the analytics data

]]>I’ve verified this by finding SPECIFIC dates on which a return occurred, within woocommerce proper. Order placed 2/17, order refunded 2/18. In Analytics > Revenue, “returns” shows as zero for the whole month, when in fact the returns are non-zero, and nontrivially so. Returns of $1901 on total sales of 20,260.20 – nearly 10% returns, but Analytics is saying zero.
I’ve cleared Analytics cache, to no benefit. The site in question is hosted at Kinsta, and all Kinsta sites are fronted by CloudFlare, so that may be an impact, but I’m not sure.

What I saw according to screenshots, there should be “Analytics” in the main wordpress menu bar on the left side in the admin panel. It’s not there.
I also tried to do status/tools clear analytics cache but that is not an option in my woocomerce set up.
Is there anyway that i forgot to set up analytics or is that a special plugin which needs to be downloaded?
Under woocommerce/status/admin/enabled featuers it shows analytics but it is nowhere to be found. Everything else on the status page is green as well and no error message anywhere…

I am using [Loco Translate] plugin to to replace the english text to the language I want, but even I’ve finished translated all the text at Loco the text won’t be translated
For example:
if I change the status of an order from [Pending] -> [Processing], I will receive this message:
“Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.”
And I can not do anything to change this text into japanese
I have made sure that the site language has been set up to Japanese already.
Besides, when I change the order status of the order to [Canceled] I will received an email with the full English content

I ran an update on my website today and now my revenue reports are no longer showing any sales.
Tried to import Historical data but the import just never finishes. The last message I get is: “Imported Orders and Refunds 4625 of 4616” and then it keeps running on finalizing forever. It seem to have imported my registered customers just fine.
I have tried several times, emptied the cache, checked pending actions, etc but nothing works. I am curious as to why it shows 4625 orders when there should only be 4616 but I really need to find a way to show my sales again.
All my plugins are up to date, the only error I get in my log is this one:

I checked the file but can’t find this issue in it so I am not sure what to do with it and don’t know if that is the cause for my Analytics issue.

1. The customers section is now displaying the message – There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.
2. The Home page on Woo is now displaying the inbox message with grey boxes instead of the text. Like a redacted document. The two buttons are the same also.

it’s a live site so don’t have the luxury of changing themes or disabling plugins.
i’ve had other issues with caching which the site desperately needs but had to recently disable the cloudflare plugin as it was causing numerous weird results

Is there any way where we can extract the Reveneu table split by the different Taxes rates? Now only appears the consolidate Taxes amount and would be great to be able to now the amount per each tax rate.

After trying out all leads found in the forum (switch to Storefront theme, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, importing historical data) the WooCommerce-Customers section still does not display any data. However, customers are listed in the WP users list (role: customer) and the WooCommerce-Reports section.
Each order forces the user to either register or log in. So there’s no order without customer.
What could be the reason for this behaviour?

I’ve recently rebuilt an online store on a fresh WP install, then migrated all products and orders into it from the previous build.
Since going back live, the “analytics” section is no longer recording any data at all, it’s showing sales/orders etc all as 0. I can see data from the previous store build, but nothing since we went back live. Eg:

However, there have been orders in that period, and if I go into the old “reports” tab i can see data correctly for 13th June:

192 items purchased
￡0.00 refunded 0 orders (0 items)

So the orders are there, i can see the data in “Reports” but not in “Analytics”

hosting company says its because of MySql processes are not closing correctly and pile up
have have searched the net for months and everything keeps pointing me back to the woocommerce admin plugin being the issue (i installed this over a year agao and also uninstalled it)
when i look at my processes and I/O usage i can see it spikes at 17mins past the hour every hour and builds up until it crashes

I have issue with the WooCommerce sales analytics (now in “Analytics”). Until yesterday i can see the sales in the “Resume” tab but now i can’t.
Although there is sales through the website, in the POS system for example, but in resume in analytics->resume->today i see 0 sales reported.
The sales are shown in the orders section, but does not appear in the sales analytics resume.
Please advice what could cause this issue?

Some pages in the admin are opening a blank page. After troubleshooting a bit, I found that Woocommerce Admin plugin was disabled. When I enable it I get the following error:

Hi,
All other statistics show up correctly in Woocommerce analytics, but there is a problem with the products sold. Individual products are displayed, but their summary is shown blank.
All updates are up to date.
How to fix? Where to start looking for a solution?

For the past couple of weeks the main analytics screen, where it shows:
Top categories – Items sold
only one is an actual category, the rest seem to be product tag names. Also, if I then click on the Categories menu item under Analytics on the left hand side menu, I only get one category name displaying and spinning circles for the rest i.e. they don’t load.
Any ideas how to fix this?
