When using percentage, it doesn’t include shipping fee.
But I was able to make a few changes in the plugin myself and now it does.
Very happy about this plug-in.

will change my rating, but at 4.3.1 and woo 2.4.10 it does not do anything.

This little plugin works fine even if it’s outdated. There is only a wp_enqueue_script error that if you have debugging mode off in WordPress you won’t notice it (it works even with the error).

In order to fix it go to line 41 of woocommerce-add-extra-charges-option-to-payment-gateways.php file and replace it with:

function wc_extra_enqueue() {
               wp_enqueue_script( 'wc-add-extra-charges', '/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-add-charges-to-payment-gateways-master/assets/app.js', array('wc-checkout'), false, true );
        }
        add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts','wc_extra_enqueue');

it does only add a charge before the total.
there’s no way to add tax or other optioons.
so for my case “WooCommerce Pay for Payment” did a much better job

The plugin does nothing. There is no options as showed on screens. I activated plugin of course.

If I add a percentage, I do not see it in the cart total. It indicates that will increase the price by 5%, but not increase it.
