Hello,
I put a line break in the title of the product “<br>” and it is not recognized by the plugin in the sliders, but it is well recognized on the products in my shop.

Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce 5?

WooCommerce plugin says this one has not declared itself as compatible with 5.0.

I have the slider installed in a widget area that is half page sized, and it displays fine until the screen gets smaller than 618px. After that, even if there is enough space, I lose the title and price, leaving the add to cart button flush up against the bottom of the product image.

The plugin works perfectly on the desktop, on the tablet in both portrait and landscape views, however, it only works in landscape view on the phone. What can I do to fix this?

After updating from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2, our site crashed (white screen in both admin and front end). I deleted 1.6.2 and our site worked.

I had a backup of 1.6.1, and uploaded that, and our site functioned fine.

Again, I updated from admin (to 1.6.2), and again white screens.

So I repeated the process. Our site is functioning with 1.6.1, so we’ll continue to use that until another version is released ??

Hi, I’m using a theme called SmartMag that incorporates Bunyard pagebuilder. When I use the shortcode within a pagebuilder widget the gallery show up with the products stacked:

product2
product3

If I use the shortcode on a regular post, the slider is fine.

Any suggestions on getting the slider to perform properly in the pagebuilder?

My client complained that product titles are not showing on the mobile version of the website (www.oceanviaggi.it).
May you tell me how should I edit the code in order to make the title fixed on the title of the images (so not just on hover, as on desktop) only on mobile?

Or is it only a pro feature?

the Widget Product Slider is not working on my Ipad. What can I do?
I’ve included the Slider on the landing page https://www.fintosan.de.

Furthermore the Slider is showing on Android a strange zick-zack band on the bottom of the slider and the product number is also not shown.

I’ve had to disable this plugin in the sidebar for the checkout page because it’s loading elements over HTTP instead of HTTPS and causing an ‘insecure elements’ warning in the address bar.

Any chance you could do a quick review and double check compatibility with SSL?

Hi. I upgraded the plugin after updating to WP4.0 and the images that used to appear so nicely in the widget slider no longer appear. I would consider buying the pro version, but only after I’m convinced that the lite version does work. Thanks for your help in fixing it. -ab

We have been using this plugin for several months now with no problems. We just added a new product. It is displaying on our shop page but not in the sidebar?? Any ideas why? Are there any know conflicts with the WordPress updates or other plugins?

Plugin is great, but it is showing the products which are otherwise hidden in woocommerce (not shown in search/page etc.)

Is there a way to exclude those products from showroom?
