After doing a test order there is additional text of “Order Extra” under the custom information I added. How can I remove this extra verbiage as I don’t see where it is embedding from?

When I went to the Customizer, I noticed that at the very bottom of the footer, a weird form had been added!

By clicking on ‘Inspect’ in the browser, this form is added by your ‘Thank You Page Customizer for WooCommerce’ plugin.

The CSS class activated is : <div class="woocommerce-thank-you-page-available-shortcodes-container woocommerce-thank-you-page-hidden">

We accept many payments where the customer pays after the order is placed, and it remains in the on-hold status, but the customer immediately receives the discount.

Is it possible to define in which statuses the discount is sent to the customer?

the plugin works great with successful transaction but how can I customize the failed transaction page? Now it redirects to an empty page.

Hi, I have installed your ‘thank you page customizer’ plugin but I am having problems editing the blocks present. In fact, I can move, add or delete the various blocks but I cannot edit them. I think there is a conflict between your plugin and Kirki Customizer. Before I buy the paid version of your plugin, I would like to be able to at least try it out (I don’t want to buy the plugin and then not be able to use it because of some incompatibility problem or because it doesn’t have the features I’m looking for).

The plugins seems to ignore custom order numbers made possible by other plugins. In my case it is Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce by Webtoffee

I don’t see why the payment method is in the middle of order totals. Also it is repetitive as it is included in Order Confirmation details also.

In the Order Details Block, Products with a Variation have the variation listed twice or three times.

Variation Name gets shown with the Product name and count of products.
But it gets shown additionally on the right with the Attribute Name.

And if the thumbnail is not showing for any reason the alt text contains the product name and variation name again.

I just tried a test order using an american billing address and a canadian shipping address, and the map on the thank you page came back with the the canadian street address going to the american state – aka an address that doesn’t exist. The map field is currently set to {shipping_address}. Please advise.

I am very happy to have found this plugin! Super easy to use and tweak. There is just one thing I would love help on.

I need the google map to show differently depending on the chosen shipping method. If the customer has their item shipped, then the thank you page is fine as is. However, if the customer chooses local pickup as their shipping method, then I would need the map to show the store address with a different map marker label (instead of “package on it’s way” it should show “pickup location”).

I feel like this should be pretty easy to do, but my coding skills aren’t quite there yet – still learning. Any help is appreciated.

Hi With valid API key, using the google map we get the console error below nor will the map load, the api key is authorised and the correct services are enabled such as maps, embed, maps JS etc…

Also the menu item in the backend is very intrusive, this should appear under the appearance menu, can you suggest how to move the menu item the plugin creates?

Block “thank-you” not found is showing in the footer of the page when i bought something in the shop i’m testing. This message is not showing in the back-end where i created the thank you page. Besides this, the plug-in is great!

What can i do to remove this message?

I have this problem. When you open the thank you page a couple of items are carried over from the checkout one. How can I do to remove them? do you have a function i can insert?
To see the problem, just place an order by selecting “bank transfer” as the payment method. Obviously nothing will be due, maybe write in the notes “test purchase” so I understand. Thank you so much

If we have used the coupon: the expiration message is correct.
If we did not use the coupon, and the expiration occurred: the expiration message contains HTML code.

I have set the coupon to :

Discount type: Discount percentage
Coupon amount: 10

But the plugin does not apply 10! It applies 1 instead.

I set the amount to 20, and the plugin applies 2!

Also, if the value is set to 1, the plugin applies 0.1!

Please, how to solve this issue?

The Custom CSS of the Designer is getting overwritten and losing formatting. Ultimately, it also breaks some styles.

The reason for this is, a different sanitize_callback should be used for textarea elements. Namely: sanitize_textarea_field instead of sanitize_text_field.

This change is working for me:

Since last woocommerce update the coupon’s email it’s being sent duplicated, exactly the same email code and all but twice with a 1 minute delay between both emails (all other shop’s emails are sent once as it should no problem there). This is are session transcript fragments (different message-ids – 1 minute appart:

Is it possible to put the thank you page on a custom page? Currently is on /checkout/order-received/ page but I want to make it /order-received/. Can I accomplish it with the plugins shortcode? And by the way, what’s the shortcode to display this plugin?

So, I managed to redirect my thank you page, but it is the simple WooCommerce one. How can I change it to the Thank You Page Customizer for WooCommerce?
