Hi,

I’ve installed plugin as instructions.

After desgning my T shirt via streetshirts.co.uk and I click the ‘add to woocommerce’ button. I fill in the details (store url is : https://www.epiclures.co.uk ) and once I click add product, the window refreshes but nothing happens. I’ve had a read from the previous posts but none seem to have a proper solution. I have previously ordered from streetshirts so happy with the product, just wish to resell this to my customers.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Steve,

I’m pulling my hair out trying to get the Streetshirts site to send products to my WordPress site. I’ve tried enabling Basic Auth and all the suggested .htaccess changes I can find with no joy. I get the following error and if there’s any possibility of you looking at this for me (and I would pay!) I’d be grateful.

Plugin makes a 3XL option but no 2XL option – Streetshirts don’t do a 3XL!

Firstly well done and thank you to Streetshirts. The shirts are great and this plugin is so nearly excellent.

Now:
I added a Mens Fitted Tee in three colours. https://www.streetshirts.co.uk/en-gb/products says the Mens Fitted comes in the following sizes:

S M L XL 2XL

I get the following sizes in my shop:
S M L XL 3XL

So is the 3XL really the 2XL? and can I change the description without borking the orders. I am guessing streetshirts *can’t* fulfill a 3XL order?

Order not sending to streetshirts – Attempting to send [streetshirts] order note

I have had not been able to send an order to Streetshirts since the 15th of December. When I send the order the order note comes back with Attempting to send [streetshirts]

I have been going back and forth with Katrina by email who is not resolving this issue. She claims there is an issue with the Sku code, that there shouldn’t be a capital letter in the second word of the colour, I changed this and still the order will not send. Today I get a new and completely different order and have the same issue – Attempting to send [streetshirts]. The sku codes are created by the plugin, not by me, so how can they be wrong? The sku code for the first order is SKU: GD05|Prairie dust|M|PFC[1K67AjTQd1u5N6g1t715323NGn4Q29] this order was sent on the 16/12/18
The sku code for the second order is SKU: GD05|Stone blue|XL|PFC[Fh7I0415ln2wI7V3l2d8wR1UIiOi56] this order was sent on 01/01/19 (the payment by e-cheque just cleared today)

Katrina told me to order the item again through my website using my customers details, I did this (costing me double the PayPal fee at this point) but still the order would not send.

Katrina had told me originally that there had been a glitch in the system and that the technical team had now fixed it. Clearly this glitch has not been fixed as I can not send any orders through. My customer has now been waiting for weeks, this is really bad for my reputation and I am so frustrated that I am not getting a fix for this. Can anyone at Streetshirts actually tell me how to resolve this issue?

I installed your plugin thru the WP front end, activated it but when I click on the streetshirts menu link it tries to go to this page

Adding T shirt – nothing happens

First time user
I have installed the plugin and setup as per the instructions.
When I go through the process of adding a T Shirt I enter the store URL etc and click ‘Add Product’, I’m asked ‘Are you sure’ to which I click on ‘Ok’, after a few seconds nothing happens, no messages, no product gets added to my products….
What I am I missing or how do I troubleshoot this?

SSL link transfer – support non existent

I am really disappointed with streetshirts customer service on this app.

Beware if you add an SSL or need to transfer your account (and all your saved tshirts) to a different website.

I have asked them to update the link on 7th June, over two weeks ago. Despite asking twice, nothing has happened, this is despite the FAQ saying:

“/I have changed my url / installed an ssl certificate and everything is broken/
Simply contact us are we can migrate your acocunt. Accounts are linked to your url. Changing your domain or ssl settings breaks this link.”

Two and a bit weeks is too long for an incredibly simple change like this and means I can’t start selling anything in the meantime.

Registering Wrong Shop URL

Hi, the plugin installs to wordpress, that’s fine however when I go into the plugin and register, it gives me a 404 error.

I have a good idea of the problem because my shop is not located at https://www.darkmello.com, rather at https://www.darkmello.com/shop. The plugin is confused about where the woocommerce store is, thus I get this error.

Please can anyone assist, I do not have much knowledge about plugin developing.

Had been happily uploading t-shirt designs to my wordpress ecommerce site via Street shirts plugin – however today came across the following error:

“code”:”rest_invalid_param”,”message”:”Invalid parameter(s): variations”,”data”:{“status”:400,”params”:{“variations”:”variations[0][price] is not of type string.”}

No idea what this means – chat function on Street shirts suggested something to do with .htaccess file (??)

Using the latest version of wordpress which is compatible with this plugin.

When entering store url and address etc and click submit i get this

Error: Missing parameter app_name.

It wont let me link up with streetshirts….

Need to add alot of t-shirts to my website, so woocommerce app should work.
