hello,
I have enabled [Exclude anonymous carts] in the settings options, but there are still anonymous carts contents in Abandoned carts. How can I solve this problem?
Thank you
Hello,
I have noticed an issue with the Woo Save Abandoned Carts plugin. Some images generated by the plugin on my homepage are missing the alt
attribute. Specifically, the following image is causing the issue:
The absence of the alt
attribute raises concerns for accessibility and SEO. Without a proper alt
tag, visually impaired users relying on screen readers cannot understand the purpose of the image. Additionally, it may impact SEO performance, as search engines rely on the alt
text to index images correctly.
Could you please update the plugin to ensure that all images include a descriptive alt
attribute? This would improve both accessibility and SEO for websites using the plugin.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Hello Dear Team,
I’ve installed the Cart Bounty plugin about 8-10 days ago, and I can see the abandonment cart data. However, I’m noticing something strange: most of the data I’m receiving is from countries like France, Singapore, Russia, and the USA, even though my website is India-based. All my work, including SEO and Google Merchant store settings, is focused on Indian audience only. Additionally, my ads are only running in India on Google and Meta.
So I’m wondering why I’m getting data from outside India, what’s the reason behind that..??
Thanking You.

Hi!
Please make a function so that the administrator can give a discount to any abandoned basket and a time-limited coupon will be added for this basket. When the customer comes in, they will see a message: A personal discount for you. The offer is limited. There are many customers who add items to the cart and wait for the price to drop. This feature will allow you to give a discount to those who have a basket amount above the average receipt or an item that needs to be sold quickly.
Have been using this plugin for a while, but database is clogged up with “Add to Wishlist” events (generated by bots crawling our site).
Is there any way to disallow logging of “Add to Wishlist” events as this is driving us round the bend.
There is also no quick way of deleting these events thorough the plugin. We are up to 1000 pages of useless stats.
Hi there, we use CartBounty but our team also does a lot of internal testing. We got 300 abandoned carts in one day and we’re wondering if its from our own team testing things out. Is there a way to block IP addresses (or logged in admin users) in the plugin so that it doesn’t record abandoned carts from our team?
I would like to be able to track abandoned carts for specific locations only. I can see that the location is a column in the abandoned carts tab however, I would like to be able to either only track specific locations or have a filter which will show me only abandoned carts in selected locations. For example, I would like to only track/ show users from US and GB.
Many thanks

I was thinking about getting the pro version of the plugin, but I think I am not getting the point of Exit Intent popup.
If we ask the potential customer for his/her email, it will be recorded (if provided) and then we can assign the promo code to this email, that will be applied when provided email will be used during the checkout? Is it a proper understanding of this feature?
If so, is there a possibility to save e-mail provided by the potential customer and then apply same mailing rules as for e-mails provided during the checkout abandonment?
Hello Team,
The dashboard shows abandoned cart counts non-zero even after I have deleted all entries from the tab “Abandoned carts”. Is this behaviour expected?

There is a problem with the checkout page that is being objected to
I will provide you with pictures of the problem
When customers enter the checkout page, what is shown to them?
Note that the first time the add-on is installed, it works at full capacity
After 6 or 8 hours of work, the problem appears
I expect there is a problem with data accumulation or something like that
Note that the addition was working beautifully for me, and after the last update the problems started
In order to avoid the problem, the add-on must be stopped and reactivated again
This makes us lose more customers. The period when the codes appear at the top of the page will make the customer flee the site and will hesitate in completing the purchase process.
Hello,
Currently I’m using AutomateWoo to send abandoned cart emails but this plugin doesn’t support shortcodes to have this compatible with the Translatepress system.
Here you can see the details: https://translatepress.com/docs/send-emails-in-users-preferred-language
I could see in another thread that it won’t work straight away with your plugin. How do you suggest to make it work and to have the abandoned cart email sent in the correct language?
Many thanks and kind regards,
Géraldine
Hi,
I would like to buy the pro version of the plugin. I need however to ensure that recovery emails can be sent in the user language.
I have my site in English as a default language and Polish as secondary with Translatepress. I am aware you do not support TranslatePress at the moment but I also have Loco Translate installed which you claim to support. I have noticed that your plugin is already translated to Polish and I wanted to test it but it seems the free version doest not support multiple languages.
Can I be sure that once buying the Pro version and having Loco installed they Polish language users can get the emails in Polish and all the others in English as the default language? If so, can the product name and cart table be also translated?
Best reegards,
Adam
Hello!
It would be helpful to have the IP in the data. This is for many reasons.
E.g., we see numerous 1-item carts that may be bots or other unwanted parties going through the website to scrape our data resulting in a high abandoned cart rate. If we research the IP, we can then make a decision on whether or not to block it and stop it from taking up our resources. The database entries will be reduced as well as other server resources.
Another example is that in the past, we discovered an infringing party where we suffered monetary loss. The IP helped to advance the case to the US FBI for future investigations.
Could you please consider adding the option whether or not to record the IP.
Allow the merchant decide and they would be the one infringing on GDPR, not you.
And, the data is deleted in a certain timeframe anyway.
Thank you for your consideration.
How are you, thould be greate if you can add a massive action, like “restart” the cart flow…. maybe we can recover more carts.
This new feature can be “2nd Round”.
Tthis action can have a settings to make a rule or set the time to wait for a 2nd round (ex: 1 month, 2 weeks, 7 days).
Best Regrds.

I’m having a hard time understanding how your plugin works. For example: a customer abandons the cart but later completes the order. it seems that the abandoned cart report is not cancelled.. in this case I could confuse the customer if for example I send a discount coupon to end the order which in reality he has already placed previously… could you please provide info? Thanks for your plugin, it seems really cool !
I installed the plugin on a multisite network (5 shops).
I can see abandonned carts on 1st shop, but then I have Error 500 on the admin page of other shops inside the same network.
Here is the log. FYI we have the plugin W3 total cache installed.
Can you help us?
