We are using the Pro version and now we are no longer able to click the side to side arrows on our carousels. And we can’t swipe either. The carousels are stationary. We have looked through our update logs and it’s not clear what could have caused this. We’re not sure when the issue started, it has been a busy time and we just noticed this issue.

• slider_cls:
  slider_cls=”products” (This parameter target the wooCommerce default class for product looping. If your slider is not working please check your theme product looping class and add that class in this parameter)

We checked out woocommerce_product_loop in /template/archive-product.php for our Shopkeeper theme but we didn’t find a ready class we might pass to slider_cls. And we’re not even sure if that would help.

Is there something you would recommend we do to get our carousels working again? Thank you!

At the very beginning I wanted to say, that the plugin is really great and I thank you very much for its free version.

I have a product with variants and I would like to display those on sale variants of products. However, variant products on sale are not included in your plugin and aren’t displayed with the following command: [woopspro_on_sale_products_slider]

Is there any way to also display variant products beaing on sale?

I’ve started to use the Product Add-on plugin today for one of our product and it messed up the page that has a Slider Pro “calling” that product.
The sliders work very well and the page looks normal when I remove the product add-on options.
Is there any known incompatibility ? Can it be fixed ?

Hi, when I use All proudcts slider shortcoede [woopspro_products_slider], it works. But when I use other shortcodes, there is no products. Even I have sale products and when I use sale shortcode, it still don’t show any products. I am using neve theme. How can I fix it?

I wonder if plugin will be compatible with WooCommerce HPOS soon.

As I know HPOS mostly is related to Orders, so probably you would not have to change anything in the plugin. Just add the compatibility declaration.

I’m back with my problem. As you advise, I checked with Elementor.

They made me try with another theme (hello elementor). In this case, the display of the plugin size is good on both computer and phone. But when I swith to Ibid theme, it doesn’t work anymore. On phone the plug in size become huuuuggggge.

Ibid is a poopular theme for auction matter, so, please, could you have a look so your plug in would fit with it ?

I was looking for a while to find a slider who would display the countdown of my woocommerce simple auction products.

I just found two, including this one which fits perfectly my need.

I want to use your product, but I have a huge problem (I use Elementor Pro)

On mobile, the image of the product displayed is more than huge, it doesn’t fit at all.

It is probably a setting I did wrong on the elementor container

But I have no idea how to fix it ….

Could you please give me a tip on this ?

Curiously, the products used to appear when all of them were simple products. Now I chnaged all of them to variable products, suddenly, the products which should appear under “Top Offers – on sale!” section is empty. Kindly help.

Curiously, the normal woo commerce block to show “ON Sale products” is working fine, as you can see at the end of the home page.

The Carousel takes only one-third of the width at all screen sizes. As a result, all products appear squeezed Vertically. My site link: gofroots. You can see at the bottom of the home page there are two product carousels offered by your plugin. Kindly help. I haven’t changed anything in the shortcode.

I’m having a random issue on my site currently (not live yet) that is preventing the slider from taking full width. Slick-track div itself is not adjusting to the width of the slides within, resulting in an incredibly small slide show. However, the buttons for previous and next are where they should be, the dots below are working, even though they are very far from the track.

I have exhausted all methods to double check the issue, turned off all plugins one by one, removed and reinstalled plugin. I have even removed and reinstalled the other plugins. On my test site it works perfectly, which is strange because it’s the same site but as a sandbox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question about sorting products, is there any chance to sort product by ASC or DESC, couse I can’t find that option inside plugin even with typing directly in shorcode [order=’ASC’] / DESC. I try even with “orderby”, but nothing happens.

I was having problems with the shortcode causing the the width of my site to go crazy (on desktop and mobile)
But now the products are not displaying and it’s causing a large gap between blocks.
I’m assuming that it’s because I updated to WordPress 6.3.

Is there a way to show products in a random order? Something like the orderby=”rand” attribute in the standard woocommerce product shortcode?

Hi! By default your slider shows 3 products per slide. I want it to show 4 products. Which setting should I use?

• Display number of products at time:
  slide_to_show=”2″ (Display no of products in a slider )
• Number of products slides at a time:
  slide_to_scroll=”2″ (Controls number of products rotate at a time)

Both of the above does not seem to work. When I apply slide to show shortcode the slider is not active at all, I just get products stacked 1 product per row.

When I use slide to scroll = 4, I can seee a slide with 3 product but arrows not working.

By design, in mobile I need to show 4 products at a time instead of one, that is, 2 products per column and 2 per row as seen using the shortcode [products limit=”4″ columns=”4″].
