I use the widget [wcpscwc_pdt_slider type=”featured” slide_to_show=”6″ design=”design-1″ dots=”false”] but in addition to featured products, the slider lists also products categories with the number of products in it. Why ths please ? It should list only products , not categories ? You can see it in action here : https://www.vinyls80s.eu/ it’s under the title called ‘Sélection du moment…’ . Thanks

On Desktop view it works properly, carousel working properly, but when we switch to mobile view, its showing images after other in vertical manner.

I’m using your plugin in this landing page in tabs by adding shortcode inside each tab’s content to create some sort of filter, the problem is that it break until the shortcode loads data i want to handel this issue is there a loader or any way to handel it?

Hi there, to begin with, the slider is fantastic and the only one I could find that was helpful. While viewing the image in desktop mode, everything works perfectly. However, while viewing the image in mobile mode, there appears to be some white space on the right side of the image, indicating that it is resizing to the left of the window. I tried increasing the width of the container but nothing worked ??

After upgrading to WordPress 6.4.3 and newest Avada Theme 7.11.4, our product carousel made with WooCommerce product carousel gets static. This means, no more automatic rotation of the products and the arrows left and right are no more working. I’ve checked some hints from the internet but no one was working. Can anybody help me please?

Hi, I have installed the plugin for testing purposes. I want to display the “Featured” products. However, when the page loads, the products are briefly shown, but then they disappear, leaving only the arrows and dots. What should I change to ensure that the images are also displayed? I wanted to check if I want to control the number of products to be shown on mobile how can I control it? if I add css to have width 50% instead of 100% to show 2 products next to each other the remaining space of the slider will be shown as white space and I don’t want to have this effect

Hi there, I have created a slider which is on a block with a black background, however, it is very difficult to read the product titles. I am wanting to know if it’s possible to change the product title colour to white so thats its easier to read. Thanks in advance

After a few seconds the layout fixes itself, but it happens every time you open the tab.

First i thought it was something from the tabs block, but then i tried 4 other plugins, and the result is exactly the same. Is there any way i can fix this, so it show proper layout right away?

I am using Product Slider and Carousel with Category for WooCommerce to list products, it works well from desk, but it is either blank or large size image from my mobile end, anyone with experience with this, please.

I use the OceanWp theme and have an issue with the mobile views from 1024px and down

The products stack underneath each other on movile version, and i cant add 2 products in the same horizontal column.

Hi! I was wondering if it’s possible to add a ‘Show all’ link to a carousel. I want to show products of a category in the carousel, but then link the ‘show all’ link to the category page, so the customer can see all the products in that category. Is that possible with your plugin?

I use the Divi theme and have an issue with the mobile views from 980px and down. The slider works correctly on desktop views.

On mobile view, the products stack underneath each other and they are quite large. I noticed in the forum that there were similar issues to mine, and see that it could be a theme issue. I could not find any support threads for Divi specifically and wonder if you could please assist.

Hi. Would like to use this plugin with products ordered randomly and limit 16 random products.

I set up the shortcode parameter as [… slide_to_scroll=”1″ …] but this feature controlling number of products rotate at a time seems to be ignored between the screensize 768px to 1023px. To be specific, when when my web page window is between 768px and 1023px, the slider will rotate 3 products at a time instead of 1 as my proposal

It seems my current theme is causing issues with the product title not displaying. No product title shows in the carousel and the link to Add To Wishlist is also invisible until you hover over it.

Is there any CSS that I can use to make the text black or dark grey?
