we cant scroll in mobile because of product Zoom effect. In a desktop it’s working properly but not in mobile. I need to disable Zoom effect in mobile it will rectify my
problem or please let me know how to solve the issue.

I installed this and the result was a very very long horizontal scroll bar. The first image shows and the thumbnail below it but the rest is way off to the right with a ton of space in between. When you hover the image, the zoomed one comes up to the right of it and like cropped…

If you have one thumbnail(one image/featured image), in other words not a gallery , can we hide the thumbnail and show if it’s more than 1(a gallery)

Basically your plugin worked perfectly out of the box!

The problem we have is that on mobiles the gallery uses all the available space within the view. For the user to go to the product description and the pricing he would need to scroll/swipe down. But this is not possible. I assume that your gallery-element overwrites the scroll-down/swipe-down when in focus…

Is there a way how this can be done?

After updating Woocommerce Storefront, we found our amazing product slider very small and we had to add this in our CSS:
.slick-slide img {
width: 100% !important;
}

But this provoked low image quality because the thumbnail that is used id the small version (500px). How can we choose bigger size thumbnails ?

I am trying to use your plugin on my woocommerce site.
But when I activate it it works, but when I switch to a smaller screen (even resizing the same browser) it blows out of proportion and it grows much bigger than the viewport.

This is a really frustrating issue I would like your help with as I am very excited to use your product.

I am posting here after submitting this same question through support on your Desire Press website and not receiving a response.

Are you going to continue to support this plugin going forward? I like it, and so far it is the best plugin of its kind that I have found. However, I am concerned that it has not not been updated in almost a year. Can you advise when or if a future update is forthcoming?

My second question is in regards to a glitch that I have reached out about a couple times before but have not received any kind of feedback or resolution. This has to do with the navigation arrows on the slider (not on all browsers but specifically on Chrome) where if you use the arrows to navigate between pictures in the gallery then move your mouse away, it causes the navigation arrow to jump around on the screen.

I am experiencing this issue on every product on my site that has at least enough pictures to utilize the slider, but here is an example of a link to a product that is having the issue. https://artfactory.com/product/hand-carved-forest-scene-door/

I think this is a great plugin overall and do hope that you will continue to support it. Outside of this one issue I am having with the jumping arrows the plugin works perfectly and does exactly everything I need it to. I would great appreciate any information or assistance that you can offer in regards to this matter.

I installed the YITH plugin on my Woocommerce theme but its not working.

It’s not loading the images correctly for the gallery or the magnifier. I tried disabling the plugin and reinstalling by no luck.

The plugin v. 1.3.0 has been activated and unfortunately is not working with Woo Commerce v. 3.2.4. After adding images into Product Gallery Images the images get displayed in one column one under another.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have products images with different orientation; portrait and landscape. When hover the landscape image, it leaves a huge gap between the main image and the thumbnails slider. Any idea how to remove this gap?

i want to hide the featured image from singe product pages, i’m using this code:

but the featured image still appear in the single product page (only in the slider not as a thumbnail).

Great plugin, thanks. Just one problem the Slider Image Popup function only works on Simple Products. The Zoom function is great across all but the Popup (Camera button) has no effect on products with variations.

Currently it defaults to the left

WPIS seems to override woocommerce css settings so the following does not seem to work (I could also have wrong css …)

width: 35%;
text-align: center;
}

I need the same CSS definitions above but for the WPIS slider

Thanks for your great plugin.
I have recently added products with a few images in the gallery and noticed that the ‘previous’ arrow was not appearing so you could click back to the image before.

I noticed that it seems to flash for a second when I click the next arrow, but it seems to then disappear behind the image.

This also seems to be the issue when I have multiple images in the gallery and it extends over more than 4 images in the product gallery below. (The next arrow shows fully but the previous arrow is half hidden behind the gallery image)

Is there a way to move the ‘previous’ arrows slightly more to the left so they are not disappearing behind the images?
