I experience this issue with the plugin when activating it.

Is it possible to make my thumbnails appear in 2 rows like so?
I have two issues with variable products.
1. When parent product gallery images are removed they still display on the front end.
2. Some images cause the gallery to break and display a single thumbnail in full size below the gallery viewport.
Please advise
hi,
i’ve installed your plugin on my website but it’s not working, can you help me?
best regards
It is happening on all products in my store – if you click the last product, the main picture “jumps” – sometimes it comes back after a second, but sometimes it is hidden. You can see it again after clicking another image.
Hi
If image is bigger than Main Image Size, it doesn’t scale down well. OF course the s size is the Main Image Size, but the final showing image is not, probably because it’s parents are forcing it’s width and s width is 100%.
Any way, this is not the expected behavior, because for example in mobile devices i want the gallery to fit the screen’s width. But the HEIGHT is getting problematic.
Hi. I have a custom plugin which slightly modifies the variation products so that it provides additional options for the user. The plugin works well on regular products however, on variation products the customer receives a JS error and therefore, is unable to add the product to cart. The error seems to be on line 266 with “hasOwnProperty” and the message is “Cannot read properties of null”. Is there a solution to this issue or could perhaps I could exclude the product gallery slider on all variation products somehow?
Many thanks.
The image gallery slider below the main product image is having some height issues. When there are more then 5 images, a second (unseen) row of images is taking up vertical space when the page loads. When the slider is clicked, the second row spacing is removed.
Dear Team,
My website shows that the woo-product-gallery-slider/includes/product-image.php
version 7.8.0 is outdated, and the last is 9.0.0
from where can I get the product-image.php
for the plugin woo-product-gallery-slider
with the version 9.0.0?
Thank you!
Hey,
In some previous of your plugin versions class WPGS_Variation_images function get_variation_data has a code that goes each variation and adds markup….
Now this function gets all product variations but does not use this data….
This results in ajax loading when changing variation, which my client finds anoying….
Can you please check?
Thanks
It shows up in most pages on the WordPress admin back-end. Dismissing it only clears it for the current page and it’s back again soon as you go to a different page or reload the current page (e.g. update a WC product). I can understand showing it again after 7 days (say) after it’s dismissed, but every page every refresh is really too much. This wasn’t the case when I started using the plugin about a year ago, so I assume this behavior is not intentional.
Slider loads, and then unloads slick. Any clue?
In a recent update, the following CSS was added:
.woocommerce div.product div.images .woocommerce-product-gallery__image {
padding: 0 !important;
}
I don’t know why exactly, but this is causing the slick track to get huge, creating a giant gap between the main image and the thumb nav. When I comment out the rule, it works fine. I tried adding back padding-top: 0; padding-bottom: 0;
and both work fine, but if I add padding-left: 0;
or padding-right: 0;
, it breaks the page layout. I have no idea why any padding-left or padding-right rule breaks it, I tried unset, inherit, initial, and reset all break the layout as long as either padding-left, or padding-right are in there. So there is definitely a problem.
Also, using such a specific selector then adding !important is awfully heavy handed.
I’ve been using this plugin for a few months without any issues, but for some reason now whenever I go to any product’s edit page, the page basically crashes and then eventually says I’ve experienced a critical error and been emailed a log, which contains the following:

Active theme: Divi (version 4.25.1)
Current plugin: Product Gallery Slider for WooCommerce (version 2.3.8)

Hi,
When opening the quickview on mobile , all images are shown fullwidth underneath each other, which can create a enormous long scroll to the product info. Somehow it doesn’t just show the main image and then a thumbnail slider. Could you please let me know if you have a fix for this?
There is a bug in the slider: it only works if a product gallery is added. If not, the featured image of the product does not show.

This error is shown at the top of my page when I search for something on my site that doesn’t exist, or if I try to access a webpage that doesn’t exist:

You can replicate this by searching for anything random eg type a string of nonsense letters in the search bar, or go to any non-existent page by adding a random slug after the website URL.
How can I fix the problem?

Hello,
Every time I load a product page, I get two of the same warning in my error log:

Thanks!

After I upgraded to 2.3.4 my “oxygen builder” website product pages don’t show your plugin slide galleries anymore. I downgraded to 2.3.3 and it works. Any idea why? This is preventing ajax call from completing when selecting the 3 product attributes – preventing users from being able to buy this product.
I did some research on this javascript error and it appears to occur when slick.js is initialised twice.

Hi,
We noticed a bug with the plugin on products with variations.
When no variation is yet selected, the first thumbnail in the carousel of the gallery is a white image.
As soon as an option is selected, the correct image appears instead.
Setting up an image for each specific variation doesn’t solve the issue.
In the inspector, we see the img src starting with “data:image/gif;base64” when the image is white, and then when we select a variation, the correct URL appears.
When a variation has been selected once, the image doesn’t become white anymore if we select again the “Choose an option” value in the select field.
Note that disabling your plugin “fixes” the issue (no issue with the default gallery)
Would you be able to give it a look and fix this please ?
Thanks in advance,
Simon
