I purchased the plugin for custom price calculations and needed an additional feature where the shipping class could be overwritten by one of the output fields. They were quick to support me in live chat (a mr. David) and told me that it would be simple and only take 4 days. They even had a developer on the chat to confirm (named Ina)
I waited 3 days for a “detailed” document – which was just a copy of our live chat transcript and I immediately let them know I was ready and submitted my payment. I wasn’t happy with the change of time that they put on the document (7 days), but I didn’t think much of it at the time.
Then 7 days had gone by and no updates had been provided. I pushed and pushed for a response – for some reason their stellar chat response had just completely disappeared. They then emailed me a new plugin to install myself along with instructions on adding additional data fields in the PHP database. Well it didn’t work.. And they said it was the excel sheet and they would look further into the issue and troubleshoot further on my staged development that I gave them complete access to via FTP and admin accounts.
4 days after “troubleshooting”, I decided to dive into their plugin and see what they were doing and they had updated an output field that correlated with the ID numbers of the shipping classes. They weren’t working until I noticed that the output digits included 2 decimals (25.00). I simply changed the output field setting to limit the decimals to zero (25) and magically their custom shipping class overwriting was working! So I let them know via live chat. During this live chat I also informed them that their customizations were now breaking the cart and they didn’t report this to me at all and acted like they had no idea.
I asked them to complete the customizations – it should go without saying that if you are adding a feature, then the plugin should function just as it did before just with the additional functionality.. But they keep ignoring that fact and are baiting me to agree to a revised agreement of double the price for them to “fix” the broken cart that their plugin is now causing.
They are trying to tell me that their custom added feature is completed and that I now have to pay additional for their failed feature that is breaking in the cart. This is beyond disbelief and I should not be having to pay twice the agreed amount because they failed to complete the customization.
I’m even offering them additional customizations if they stick to the agreement and provide a WORKING added feature. Breaking the cart is NOT providing a working added feature! The plugin should work JUST as it did before the customization, just WITH the added feature.
And their support will not address this with me at all! They ignore me on chat and tell me they will email me on “what they will do”. What they NEED too do is address the fact that they are in the wrong. I have plenty more work for them, but I will not be fooled and played with unreasonable upcharges.

The existing calculators work just fine, but when I try to add a calculator to a new product it won’t do anything. I have different websites where I use the calculator, but none of them will work.

Hi, this plugin does not appear to be compatibel with the Divi theme by elegant themes if you use the pagebuilder function on a product. It does work if you use the standard product template.
Can you please advise how to get this working with Divi. Can the dynamically calculated price be added back in with a shortcode or other html that will be targeted by the price calculation functions?

]]>It’s important that the order email that is received have all of the details that are ordered. Is there any way to post these in the order email?
I already looked at the documentation and there was nothing in there to tell me how to get the fields I created to populate within the email. It just tells me how to go in the backend and get the information. The idea of online orders is so I don’t have to log into the backend to get the information I need but have everything populate in the email itself.
To add, I did look in the backend and the information is disorganized and convoluted. I need ALL of the details to post in the email. How can this be done?
I’d hate to think that I have to spend 48 € to upgrade to the PRO just for this one feature.
]]>I have developed the fields/calculations on a WooCommerce Product page. After the user makes their entries in the field they add it to their cart. If a user forgets to fill in a field, they need the ability to have the information retain when they go back to edit the Product fields. Right now, the filled in information is gone when the user attempts to go back to the product fields. This is a huge problem.
How can this be fixed?
There are no error codes in the browser Console.
I already changed to a WordPress default theme to see if it’s caused by a theme conflict: same problem.
I have no caching plugins running or any other systematic plugins.

For example i have a product on sale, whic can be ordered as ” x1 ” as count or ” x100 ” as count, for example the price is ” 40 USD ” for ” x1 “, and ” 4000 USD ” for ” x100 ” Here my problem is when i enter a count value on this product’s sale page, i write a count for example ” x100 ” and it automaticaly calculates the price by doing 40 USD x 100 = 4000 USD, after i click on ” Buy ” it directs me to the basket page as you can see on the picture below;
My problem with this is, the price for x1 is 40 USD, i choose x100 and the new price is 4000 USD, everything ok with this. But on this basket page, as you can see when you look at the ” Miktar ” whic is marked as red box ( by the way Miktar means Count in English ) it still says x1 as count, but shows the price of x100 (4000 USD) on the Total Price tab.

And then, nothing happened.
There’s no Woo Price Calculator on the dashboard of either site.
Dashboard has nothing about Woo Price Calculator. But the calculator is listed as an activated plug-in. On both cv-english.de and cv-engels.nl.
I was thinking maybe Woo Price Calculator was incompatible with some other plug-in on cv-engels.nl or cv-english.de. cv-engels.nl and cv-english.de are very similar sites and use the same plug-ins. I have a third wordpress site, shanghaibirding.com, which is very unlike cv-engels.nl and cv-english.de and runs different plug-ins. Just as an experiment, I installed and activated Woo Price Calculator on shanghaibirding.com.
The same problem occurred on shanghaibirding.com!
cv-engels.nl, cv-english.de, and shanghaibirding.com are hosted by one.com.
Could the problem be that one.com doesn’t support Woo Price Calculator?
