Is there an update to ensure your plugin maintains compatibility?
]]>Hello, I keep on getting missing orders when I try to export my orders. My admins would bulk change orders to the processing status before exporting, and after exporting they will be switched to the completed status. For a bit of context we need to export quite a bit of orders in one go, about 40 ish orders at a time. As my admins were trying to export processing orders, some orders would not show up in the excel file.
I did not personally test out mass exporting on orders with the processing status since it would hinder my admins workflow. But I tried to export orders that did not show when my admin exported, the only difference was that I was exporting them when the status of those orders are completed. The orders that did not show up at first, did show up during my testing.
I tried to find if there were issues similar to what I’m experiencing by the support thread and found this thread. It seemed similar to what I was having now, but I do not have “Summary report by customers” mode on, so not the fix I needed.
I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version yesterday, but even now we’re still experiencing this issue. This is my plugin’s settings:

Hello,
I’ve got a site that adds a custom meta on an order’s line item (when customers add one) called ‘_Gift Message’. This value was always appended to the export automatically in the field called: “Product Variation”. When I updated to version 3.5.5 of your plugin it stopped working. I also just tested version 3.5.6 and that one doesn’t work either.
Any insight is appreciated.
Thank you!
]]>Hello!
How can i export also stripe payment fees?
]]>Hi,
I have been using your plugin for a while and out of a sudden when I try to export any order it shows this message. Nothing to Export. Please adjust your filters.
I updated the plugin but it remains the same.
I don’t know what could be causing this, if you could please help me it would be great.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi, we export woocommerce orders.
Strange enough, there is a difference in the number of export rows between the buttons: export vs export w/o exportbar.
How come?
]]>I have a bit of a specific usecase here.
I’m using Advanced Checkout Fields to generate some additional fields for the user to enter ‘Names of submissions/Entry title’ at the checkout.
I would ideally like to be able to export the data having a new row for each one of these submission names.
It works like this, for example;
1. User adds 5 tickets to their cart.
2. At checkout, user enters a name for each ticket (submission)
3. Data is then exported and each row will be based on the quantity (5 in this example)
4. Columns would then be, (First Name / Last Name / Quantity / Entry Title)
Currently I’m getting it to export, but all 5 titles are in each row, whereas I would like a row for each entry title.
The metakey for each entry is unique and generates as (for example, in the case of 5 entries);
order_entrytitle_1_0
order_entrytitle_2_0
order_entrytitle_3_0
order_entrytitle_4_0
order_entrytitle_5_0
Could anybody assist with a way I could get this to export based on the above?
Thanks in advance
Hi, what are possible reasons for orders not being included on the export? I just can’t find or pinpoint the exact reason as when I do a bulk export some orders would be missing but if I only select the missing orders to export it works? What gives?
Please advise
I’m using the Advanced Order Export for WooCommerce (Pro) plugin and trying to customize the export to achieve the following:
For example, instead of exporting individual order details, I want the export to look like this:
Category | Quantity Sold
Ticket1 | 29
Ticket2 | 32
Ticket3 | 50
I’ve noticed there is a Custom PHP code to modify output section in the plugin settings, and I’m trying to use it to calculate and display the total number of items sold per category, but I haven’t been able to get it working.
If anyone has experience using the plugin’s custom PHP feature to achieve similar goals, I’d appreciate any advice or code examples!

]]>Hello,
I’m a using the WooCommerce Local Pickup plugin by thedotstore.
My goal is to export order data to Excel, including the customer’s chosen pickup location details. I reached out to the Local Pickup support team who provided the following meta fields for this purpose:
_dslpfw_pickup_location_id
_dslpfw_pickup_location_name
_dslpfw_pickup_location_address
_dslpfw_pickup_location_phone
_dslpfw_pickup_location_items
However, when I tried to enter these fields in the custom field mapping section (screenshot attached: [https://prnt.sc/v5I9woBTVvtX]), the information remains blank in the exported Excel (screenshot attached: [https://prnt.sc/neJR07UaJwOw]).
Could you please advise on how to correctly map these fields to ensure the pickup location details are included in the export?

I’m looking for a way to add a field that shows specific user roles within the website when I export.

]]>Hello,
I was updating a site that uses this plugin and checked for its compatibility against PHP 8.1. During that I noticed that you are still using the PHPOffice/PHPExcel library to handle Excel files. PHPExcel was discontinued in 2015 and deprecated in 2017. Are you planning to switch into a more modern extension as PHPExcel will stop working with newer PHP versions?

Thanks for a creating such a time saving plugin , it really saves us a ton of time. Really well made.
Is it possible to have all the data output as one row? Currently all the order out put is added as pr. order with a list of the products in the order.
Our client system is having an issue with not having some certain meta keys on all the product lines.
]]>Hello,
I have ticked the box for “Export refunds” in “Filter by order”.
When I export the XLS document, refunds appear on their own rows only if I have not set a Date range (left the From and To boxes empty).
If I add a date range for the export, for example August 1-31, then the refunds does not appear in the XLS document.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
Thank you!
Best regards

]]>Good afternoon, first of all thank you for the usefulness of this plugin which is very useful.
I have a doubt that I would like to solve:
I have added some billing fields which are related to order refunds, which are as follows:
order_total_fax_refunded
order_total_tax_minus_refund
order_refund
order_total_inc_refund
I would like to know if there is a hook or an option to add the condition that these fields only have a value when there has been a refund in the order, otherwise they are empty.
Thank you. ??
