I want that when customer clicks on cancel button the status to change to Cancellation Requested

Hello,

I’ve been trying to find a way to send users to a specific page after they cancelled an order.

Now the action takes the users tot a 404 page, which is not very usefull.

Can anyone help me?

There is only three order status in “Eligible Order Status for Cancel” option! How to add my customised order status??

Hi,

how can I translate the plugin or properly overwrite templates which won’t get overwritten by updating the plugins. IN the plugin directory no PO-files are present and the “Want to cancel this order” is hard coded in /woocommerce-order-cancel.php.

It seems that this plugin going to have some issues with the upcoming version of WooCommerce 3.5

I tested it in the WC beta version and when customer cancels the order the “Order Cancel success message” goes to the bottom of the page instead of top of the page.

Hope you fix it before the new version officially releases.

First to be bale to show the cancel button in orders section next to the View button.

Second when customer requests cancelation a pop up screen asks for a reason so we can see the reason in the order notes section.

Third be able to send a notification email to customer when requested for cancelation in same email format/layout that WooCommerce emails has it.

Would you please implement at least the second feature?

Am using dokan plugin for multi-vendor, so if they cancel the order particular vendor should get mail notification.
