The Plugin is not working with Areeba API 66 or 69 only 63 and below work. The Wheel GIF Keeps sppining without loading Areeba’s page. They are requesting to use API 69 instead of 63 to approve our account. Can you please advice on how we can fix this issue?

I am unable to process any order due to issue with visa/matercard. it suddenly it donest work before two days. it was working for almost three months without any issue.

My clients keep getting this message when they try to check out after inputting their contact info and shipping address the lightbox does not appear even after the 30-second wait time.

Im using API Version 61 with the lightbox option.

Kindly advise on a solution ASAP.

Hi the country code currently used in Fiji is FJI and in the plugin its FIJ this has caused a major problem from last 5 days we have managed to fix it from our end but if the plugin updates we will need to change it again because of this issue we lost 5 days of revenue. Hi i have used plugin woocommerce MPGS but the issue is the when i fill the checkout form it shows an error “Payment error: Please contact customer support quoting the support code.”

Can I redirect to different checkout for a specific product category when canceling the payment, I’m currently using the lightbox option with API version 62

I installed the plugin then under the payment tab of WordPress sittings I filled up the payment credentials that I received from the bank (MPGS URL, Merchant ID, and Authentication password).

The payment component appeared in my e-commerce but without the form that collects the card’s info. I mean I can see the icon, title, and description, but I can’t see the text field that requires the card info.

By the way I am using API version 66 and the checkout integration is payment page. I also activated the plugin from the plug-ins page and from the payment methods page (MPGS is the only method that I activated in payment methods page).

The response from MPGS (line 386 to 429 of woo-mags.php) could really benefit from error handling.

I would suggest to wrap it with if( !is_wp_error ( $response_json ) ) {...}

This will prevent fatal error such as this one PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-mpgs/woo-mpgs.php:405

We have been having an issue every now and then where an order gets captured in MPGS but is cancelled in woocommerce,
we would like to know if there’s any way to view log info to get to the bottom of this.
any other ideas are welcome.

but after filling up the card details and going to pay it takes me to another page
which is ACS Emulator
and it asks for more information

users can not checkout, I contacted the bank they said there is an error with 3d secure, it is just 44.
