We need to upgrade our WordPress installation to include High Performance Order Storage (HPOS). We noticed that your plugin is using custom order tables and therefore does not currently support HPOS. Can you please consider updating your plugin to support HPOS?
]]>HI i was using your plugin but after recent woocommerce updates i noticed that it takes too long to place order after disabling your plugin it works fine
]]>Hello,
i really really LOVE the plugin but it’s currently incompatible with HPOS on Woocommerce…. Pleaseeeeeeeee update the plugin!
]]>Hello!
Thank you for the grate plugin! Are there updates coming soon to be compatible with Woocommerce HPOS ?
Thanks!
]]>Upgrading to PHP 8.2 causes critical error due to this plugin. Will this be fixed any time soon?
]]>Hi there!
We were made aware of Woocommerce’s upcoming High-Performance Order Storage upgrade. I understand it’s currently in Beta still but open for websites to test it out. As our website would certainly benefit extremely from this upgrade as we currently experience quite slow speeds in the Admin area related to Order / Product information (our store has over 20k Orders in it), we’re looking to test this feature out as soon as possible.
It looks like this current plugin is listed as “Incompatible” with the HPOS upgrade (among a few others: https://gyazo.com/09686c409e98f1afaaeb4a4e76ba248c)
We’re just wondering if there is any timeline for the plugin to release an update to make it compatible with this HPOS upgrade.
Thanks!

]]>Hi there,
There’s been a couple instances where it seems the customer is blocked after a single attempt during checkout. We currently have the max fraud attempts setting set to 9. Is there any instance where an order may be blocked after a single attempt? Are there actions not being tracked in the logs that would contribute to an “attempt”?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
]]>To test this plugin, I purposefully entered a bad CVV code while checking out to see what happened and found it immediately empties the cart with no explanation to the customer, which is a rather confusing response.
It’s not useful to immediately block legitimate orders and empty the cart simply because a user may have had a typo in the info they entered.
Is there any way *prior to the maximum attempts* being reached to pass the error message returned from the payment processor back to the user’s screen so they can correct any potential typo? That would be a more reasonable response.
]]>Hi, can you add an option instead of blocking the customer from making an order, to mark the order as possible fraud?
Also, can you add wildcard for phone numbers?
Thank you!
]]>Hello!
This plugin has been great for catching and preventing fraud. However, there are a few legitimate customers who got caught in the blacklist accidentally. We have removed all their information from the blacklist settings, but they are still unable to place orders. We’ve also tried to use the whitelist, but that appears to only check the email of the logged in user’s account, not the email field that was entered on the order.
For example, we have users who place orders for different locations (the store is B2B). Their account email is one address, but they enter the location’s email for the order which is different. When they submitted too many failed orders, their order details were entered into the blacklist. In order to whitelist them, we need to know the user email which is not inherently the same email that gets stored on the blacklist, which takes some digging.
I would expect that if information is removed from the blacklist settings, that that information is no longer used to stop orders. And that the email in the settings would match the email that is checked. Is there a reason this is not the case?
Thanks in advance,
Emma
Hi, I have continued to use your plugin for several years now. My usecase is to prevent people from using payment plans (which is actually a mini-subscription) when their second payments fail to go through repeatedly, which causes a lot of admin work. You made this possible by adding block by product type as an option, which I greatly appreciated and I left a 5 star review. ??
I have one request/question and two suggestions:
1) I am wondering if I can block by country? Or if I can just put a country in the address section and it will cover anybody with a billing address in that country? Like if I just put USA in the address field, would it block anybody whose address is in country USA? I don’t want to prevent the people in the country from buying, just want to block being able to do payment plans. One country in particular is blocking all automatic billing of payments, and it creates a lot of admin work.
2) Suggestion in the WMFO menu on the sidebar, could you put a link to settings not just the logs? It’s hard for me to remember where to access that, you could just have it open the tab on the Woo>Settings page
3) Could you label the “WMFO” tab in Settings “Fraud”? hopefully for most people they don’t need to access fraud settings too often and remembering what WMFO means (out of my 47 active plugins) is not intuitive. It would be great if the sidebar menu also was something like WM Fraud so that it was also clear what it is when I browse past it.
Thank you for your great support.
]]>Hello! Do you plan to add support for custom field(s)? Many sites have custom checkout fields and it would be super useful if you could add an option to block users based on custom fields.
It can be something like:
– Enter field id: user_member_card_id
– Enter blacklisted values (one per line): 2021-*
And then add a repeater.
In this example, we want to block the custom field “user_member_card_id” if that field contains a number that starts with “2021-“.
If not, at least give us a hook that we can use in the back end.
Thank you.
]]>Hello @prasidhda
After upgrading the plugin to the latest version 2.6.0, I noticed that it is possible to place an order after even though the email address is blocked.
At this point, I have restored version 2.5.6 on which this problem does not appear.

]]>Hello,
when I navigate to the WMFO tab in the Woocommerce Settings section. The page partially loads and that browser just spins and spins. Never completely loading so I can not edit any of the settings.
The browser occasionally will give me a popup warning of Waiting for the page to load or to kill the page.
if I let it run for a long time, it might eventually load. But that is over 15 minutes before the settings page begins to respond again.
I am running WP 5.9.4
Woocommerce 6.3.1
Woo Fraud orders plugin 2.5.6
please advise
]]>Hi
We have a list of users that are Blacklisted in WMFO.
Recently we are receiving more Blacklisted orders which means more orders are getting Blacklisted.
But when we cross-check the name, phone, email, IP, address anything doesn’t match with the Blacklist that we have.
How come this is happening. When I checked the reason for Blacklisting it was simply showing as “Order Status” under WMFO Blacklisted Log records.
I afraid the system is not right and it is just blocking the legitimate customer as anything doesn’t get matched with the list we have.
Kindly help me on this team WMFO.
]]>I would like to ask about the log entries in database. Is there a limit after which they get deleted or there is no limit?
]]>Hi @prasidhda
I am getting some false blacklistings due to a wildcard billing email address. There are similar email domains on the list but for some reason it is blacklisting all the same domains. Is there a way to remove from this wildcard list or to turn off the wildcard check?
]]>Hi,
I have a site that is running the WooCommerce Subscription Plugin. This plugin runs a WPCron which should automatically bill a customer when their subscription comes up for renewal. We have run into an issue where it appears that WooFraud does not like these transactions and it results in the server’s IP as well as the customer’s name, address an phone all being blacklisted and all subscriptions start to fail.Is it possible to whitelist an IP address?
Thanks!
]]>Hello all,
This is the common thread for the issue related to blockage of all legitimate orders.
I have been trying to find the origin of this from the quite long time. And one user pointed out the exact cause of the issue. The github link for thread is https://github.com/prasidhda/woo-manage-fraud-orders/issues/24.
The fix to this issue has been added to the latest version 2.5.6.
NOTE: If you were having this issue, please make sure to clear the blacklisting settings from WP Admin >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> WMFO Tab because some of the legitimate customers are added because of the issue. If you are not having this issue, no further actions needed.
This plugin works very well with the default setup of the woo commerce plugin. However, as we all know, we can modify the checkout behaviour of woo commerce to any extent whether it is via custom code or with third party plugins. Hence, It is almost impossible to address each and every such scenarios. So, I humbly request all the issue creator to mention at least the short description of how they are customizing the checkout behavior if there are any.
Last not but the least, many thanks to https://github.com/arashsafaridev for pointing out the cause of the issue.
]]>Hi there,
I use the Zip Payment Gateway and as the payment side of it handled by Zip I would like to add it to the Whitelisted Payment Gateways section in the settings.
Unfortunately it’s not showing as an option.
There is a blank option, and I’m wondering if this is Zip, but it’s unable to pull the gateway name perhaps?
Is there a way I can confirm which gateway is listed as the blank one, and am I safe to use the blank gateway on the assumption it’s Zip?
Thanks for your help!

]]>Hello,
I used your plugin to block customer not picking up orders sent by cash on delivery and I have card payments whitelisted for them.
Since a week or two, every time I block someone, it adds the same IP address: 194.42.98.220
The problem is every customer is then reporting that they are blocked.
Could you please assist?
Thank you.
]]>To be honest, this plugin should really be taken out of the repo. On numerous occasions I’ve experienced issues where it will block orders regardless of settings. For example for the last week no sales because it blocked every order. Even when I tried to test it on my own it blocked it. As soon as I deactivated the plugin boom worked fine. So are you going to reimburse me for the hundreds of dollars lost? Probably not. The least you can do is get the plugin working properly.
