Hi there,
We are using your plugin to sign up buyers to our mailing list.
The question is, we would like to choose some of our products we want our buyers to be added to the list and not all products. Is there a way to ignore all products by default and we can choose wich products we would like to sync our buyers to the list?
Thanks, Simon

Hello. I just enabled Mailerlite for one of my clients and the integration via this plugin seems to be broken. I set up the API key, it connected correctly, I created a subscriber group just fine, but when it was time to sync, the plugin just said it was syncing products and orders and customer’s addresses but there was no data in Mailerlite’s dashboard.
The client’s store has 2000+ customers and the plugin said it was syncing ~1400 items – not sure what this meant though, because this was not the number of customers or orders or products.
In the end I had to manually upload a CSV file with all the data. I thought the problem could be due to existing customers not having previously authorized sending emails but then I also couldn’t find some checkbox in the user’s profile to enable it manually for everyone.
Any help would be appreciated.
]]>Hi,
I see these two informations inside the “workflow details” section of some of my automations. They look contradictory to me:
Besides that, there is no option to select anything further than “Activate e-commerce tracking for this workflow”. That checkbox does appear inside “Email automation” but not inside “E-commerce automation” options.
Is that right? Thanks for your help.

]]>Hey there,
Just wanted to let you know that the integration doesn’t actually work with the block based checkout. Even when the mailerlite block is added into the actual flow of the checkout. If the person agrees for the marketing emails they are not added as a subscriber after they order.
Oddly it seems that if the people are quitting and the order get’s to on hold. Then they are added and marketing enabled also. I also tested with the “Add subscribers after checkout” option but it doesn’t seem to have any affect either.
How could we sort this out?

Hi MailerLite,
I recently installed your plugin and finished setting it up. I have 20-30 existing site orders with names, emails, etc. However, even after connecting everything, MailerLite has still not imported any of the existing contacts. It seems this is a common thread for other people as well. Is there a solution for this? Please let me know.
Thanks,

Hi,
We are using this plugin to hopefully add buyers to your mailing list, however, its not working properly.
I installed the Mailerlite Woocommerce Integration plugin. I created the API key token and saved it successfully. Mailerlite sees products from the store, but customers from Woocommerce do not go to Mailerlite. Resetting the settings and re-entering the API did not help.
Also when I select the link at the bottom for Open Debug logs. it just tells me Couldnt fetch error log.
I would like to send a next steps email to those who purchase one of my products, but I can because Mailerlite doens’t see that subscribe buy the specific product from my store.
I just want to add that I have done this procedure many times for other clients and have never had this problem. It’s the first time it’s happened to me.
Please help!

I want to use an automation for when a specific product is purchased, the problem is that the product doesn’t show up as one of the options in the ‘workflow trigger: purchases specific products’ tab. All my other products do show.
At first I thought it was a timing issue and I needed to wait a few days for mailerlite to synchronize to woocommerce, but I have waited and still nothing.
I even tried making another new product in woocommerce, but that also doesn’t show up.

I have issues with e-commerce workflow. I created a flow if the user buys any product from the webshop should received a welcome e-mail, but it works only at the first time. When purchasing the second product the only mails sent out are from woocommerce, not from mailerlite.
(I followed instructions can be read here: https://www.mailerlite.com/automation-templates/purchased-specific-product – here there is no option to mark repetition like on the email workflows)
However the workflow details says, it’s not working as it should:
Settings in Woocommerce:
The option Resubscribe: Allow unsubscribers to rejoin the email list if they resubscribe via the checkout page – checked.
Subscribe on checkout Enable list subscription via checkout page. – checked.
Hide subscribe checkbox – Check to hide the checkbox. All customers will be subscribed automatically. -checked
Add subscribers after checkout – Add subscribers to your MailerLite account after the checkout process has been completed. – NOT checked
There is NO double opt in, there are no ignored products
Thanks for your help in advance.
