Unfortunately, this plugin does not work with the latest WP theme(s). The front end and back end buttons get messed up. The styling is not working. After installing the plugin the admin interface is throwing the following error:

I installed this plugin and all went well. BUT i didnt get the mail with the gift card in it. Just mail that the order was ok.
Where are i find out where i can fix that so the giftcard mail is sending.

First of all, thanks for this plugin! (Saves me a lot of time to keep the bossman happy)

However, I can’t figure out one thing, hope you have an answer.

The ‘product’ is set up as vat exempt, no taxes should be aplied when buying. No problem there! But when our “fake client” buys a giftcard and uses it in the shop, he doesn’t have our (test) amount of €15 to spend, but only €12,40 because taxes are applied.

Any idea how to tackle this?

I noticed that your plugin does not support localization via WPML. I could translate part of the strings but many of them cannot be translated. I checked that those are not strings which are part of the “pro” version, just regular texts such as promo code functions at checkout. Any ETA for standard localization support?

In the last update, there was an issue introduced.
Line 265 in woo-giftcards/inc/woo-giftcards-class.php should not be there. Because of this line all orders are without shipping costs. Removing this line fixes the issue.

Hi,
Every now and then I get a message from WordPress that says it has detected a fatal error and thus includes a link to go into recovery mode, so I can assess the issue. The site itself always seems to be fine but the error is always something to do with woo gift cards. The latest error is shown below. I’m concerned that this might be happening when someone tries to buy a gift voucher and thus I am missing out on sales. Please tell me what I need to do to stop this from happening?
