Thank you for the plugin. I have Polylang installed on my site, and there are languages in Cyrillic besides English. After filling in the message fields in the Message settings section, none of the language versions are displayed. The colour scheme is in order, as in the preview screenshot.

Hi, unfortunately, this plugin is not working for me as expected. I have the bar showing up, but no message is displayed on it. Could it be because of the language (other than English) or…

Also, is it a way to show the message only in the cart?

that would be much helpful to improve conversion than the flow bar.

I have an ajax cart on my site. I.e. when I add an item to cart, a sidebar with cart appears on the right side.

If I stay on the page, there is a discount notification in that sidebar. But as soon as I reload the page, the notification is no longer there. How can this be fixed?

for purchases over $500 – free shipping + 10% discount
When buying more expensive than 1000$ – free shipping + discount + any product for free.

We need set custom fields on the checkout page for different countries, so we need set individual shipping zones even if free shipping are available for all of these regions.

So, It would be great if it support multiple zones.

Hello!! I would like to ask you for help. I noticed that when downloadable or bookable products that have no shipping cost are added to the shopping cart, the bar does consider them to calculate the amount remaining for free shipping. It would be great if the amount of those products were not considered.

Im looking for a plugin like yours, I done know if your plugin works together with the plugin Table Rate Shipping? I dont have a seperate free shipping class, but I have free shipping over a specific amount. Can I set this amount somewhere to see the free shipping bar?

How do I remove the truck/van in the bottom right of the website? This comes up when the main pop up at the top disappears. I really don’t want it on the site, is there a way to remove it completely?

I just purchased the plugin but I have two big problems. First I’d like to hide the truck which appears when the top progress bar disappears.
Second I’d like to show at “Message Purchased” the {missing-amount} because I’d like to show the message “You are missing {missing-amount} for free shipping.”
If that is not possible I honestly have no use for the plugin. So I hope you can help me.

But I think this is another topic, so, I would like create a new topic so that you can easily follow up.

With WPML function (or Translatepress), it would be great if it support the following feature:

If there is no free shipping setting for shipping zone, just allow to set a custom message like “only 5 dollar for shipping cost to XXX country.”

Can we expect it?

1. I see there is a link color, but cant see anywhere to put link, is this in PRO?
2. Is it possible to add a button for more stylish link?
3. Is it possible to add icons into textfield?
4. Last, is it possible to spread text across the full width? Have tried adding spaces, but they are being deleted.

I have installed your plugin and the TOP bar is NOT showing “Free shipping for Orders over {min_amount}”

There is an icon on the right side that has popped up with a ‘FREE DELIVERY TRUCK” which I don’t want.

Can’t see where to turn that off.

Hi im having my website redeveloped and Ive lost my pro license, Im wanting to set up exclusions to the shipping bar rule xx Im wanting it so particular items isnt included in my free shipping offer but the feature isnt activated I think its reverted back to standard

Currently I offer free shipping for all orders over a certain amount (￡25), but Im needing to exclude certain products (My candle warmers page, because shipping is included in the price of the items).

I drop ship the candle warmers etc products not from my home.

So if a customer buys 6 wax melts which isn’t over ￡25.00 this means the postage for royal mail needs to kick in ￡2.68 (I post the melts myself) and if they buy a warmer too, the system auto selects free shipping because the warmers are above ￡25.00
ill be out of pocket. xx

I have a shipping method of Free Shipping which works on a coupon.

Is there any way the Shipping bar can display Free Shipping when this coupon is used in any manner?

Maybe some code changes / change in Free Shipping option setup to make this work?

Currently the Shipping bar becomes confusing the moment the Free Shipping is triggered using the coupon.

I got an error with Sitegrounds SG OPTIMIZER program. “Could not connect to the WOrdpress Rest API”. I made a staging site of website and switched off all plugins to see conflict and surprising was this one. If I only have yours and Sitegrounds running I get the image in the Link box. ANy ideas a way to cure?
