Hi and thank you for this plugin! I’m trying to resolve an issue that seems to involve a conflict between
the “Donation Platform for Woocommerce” plugin and “Force Authentification Before Checkout for WooCommerce”.
We do want to have buyers log in before purchase, so the “Enable guest checkout” WC option is off.
The Force Authentication plugin should redirect users to login if they get to the Checkout page without logging in, and then back again to checkout. The DPfW plugin creates a donation system with various options based on Woocommerce.
We have the DPfW shortcode on a donation page. The problem is that as soon as the un-logged in user hits the Donation page, it redirects to login and then to checkout, so the user never even gets to see the donation page.
I’ve tested with Enable Guest Checkout both on and off, and it doesn’t make a difference. If I deactivate
either of these two plugins then the problem goes away. Any help is appreciated. I am cross posting this in support for both plugins since I don’t know which one creates the issue. Thanks.

I wanted to know if there is any way to redirect user to checkout page after registration instead of cart page. Right now after reistration and login user came back to cart page and again should click a button to go to checkout step. Can you help me to do so?

It is possible to add a clickable button for clients to click log in or sign up after they’ve entered their details?

At the moment the way to validate is to use the enter key but several clients have wrottent to me not guessing they had to do so and not being able to finalise their process.

The page that shows when a customer tries to checkout when not logged in just has the following phrases :

“Déjà client ? Cliquez ici pour vous connecterVous devez être connecté pour passer à la caisse.”

Why isn’t the login/ register form showing ?

Hi, Luiz!!!!, your plugin works quite well for me but I have noticed that if you add more than one product unit to the cart it does not redirect me to the login page to the checkout page (if you are logged in) because I have marked the woocommerce option in Inventory limit purchase to one item per order. But since I’m selling courses it makes sense to have that option. If the customer accidentally buys that course more than once, a message should appear or it should also direct you to the checkout with a single product. How could I fix this? Thank you. Alberto

The “Force Authentication Before Checkout” plugin is supposed to open sign in/sign up page just before the checkout page for guest users. But in my wordpress wocommerce website https://auriste.com/products/circular-hoops-earrings-for-women-medium-size-brass-artificial-jewellery-earrings/ The signin/signup page is even appearing right before the product page.

I want the users should be able to view and explore the products without even bothering about signin. But before the checkout they must login.

When someone adds items to a cart, then they proceed to register an account, once they log in, the items disappear.

I don’t know if you will understand because english is not my native language. But I’m trying to have the “phone” field under the “email” field and it’s above the others.

The only field I enabled was the telephone one, because it’s the one I need but it’s on top of the others. Is there something I can do or is it my theme?

First of all, THANK YOU. My friend, the plugin works perfectly, just one thing am trying to edit. Now, when someone clicked in the checkout page:

A. If they are logged in, they will see the checkout page.

B. When they are not, they will be asked go login. However, when they signup/signin, they will be redirected to the “cart” page not the “checkout” page.

I tried to disable all the plugins except for this plugin and woocoommerce and it still redirect to cart page.

I’m using User Verification plugin (By PickPlugins) to “Disable auto login on registration” and when they register a message “Registration success, please check verify your email address and setup a new password.” shows up but somehow the url being used in checkout redirect is this

In order to show the registration message.

So a combination of

will show the message a per my test on my site.

Hi I’ve disabled all plugins to see if something was conflicting and still not working. After they are redirected to the login page to checkout. If they login or register they are still taken to the my account page and not checkout I see that the link is https://example.com/account/?redirect_to_checkout but not working.

I am using the latest v1.4.1. After login, it redirects me to My Account page instead of the Checkout page. I don’t see any contradicting themes/plugins.

Hi I wanted to know how to add a custom login page URL so that my customers are redirected to that page instead of the default login page

As non logged in user, when I try to check out, I’m being redirected to admin login instead of woocommerce front my account login… Is there a way to redefine this redirection to the right login page?

After updating to version 1.4.0 I get this error:

After finish checkout and Paypal payment,
it goes straight back to checkout page instead of Thank You page.

Nice plugin. But i think that needs an improvement.
When you added 2 products to the cart on the previous session and you go again add 3 more products as a guest and go to checkout it redirects you correctly to login.
When you login it redirects you to checkout with 2+3 (5) products to checkout instead of 3 at your last session. This maybe confuse many users.
