For reference: The site is hosted on WP Engine, using PHP version 8.2. We tried uploading the latest version of the plugin via SFTP and we got the same outcome. Disabling the plugin (via FTP) solves the issue and makes WP Admin accessible again.

Mini Cart not updating when product being added to cart from shop page

Hi: great plugin!!!. This happens… I disable” auto redirect to cart”, after click “add to cart”. But it auto enables again, and cannot be disabled on woo, only if I deactivate the plugin. How to fix it?

Hello, the plugin is amazing, but in my scenario, I have a product that can be added to cart only once. If I add it from the product single page, the cart will buzz and when I open it I have the notice that I can’t add it again to cart.

But if I add it from the product archive, I will get redirected to the product single, and at the top I’ll have the default WooCommerce notice that I can’t add it again, when it shouldn’t redirect and have it shown in the cart the same way it happens on the single product page, as I mentioned above.

Please fix this or maybe there’s a code snippet I can add that fixes this. Thank you.

Hey, i have to edit the Cart name to Warenkorb and the Checkout one to Kasse. Where can i edit these? if not possible please add it so i can edit these and use it for my German customers. Just the ability to edit the header and footer text itself.

As in the image, I have deactivated all plugins. And there is that when XT plugin are actived, it triggers a warning in meta pixel helper, about “Add to Cart event”. Does this have anything to do with add to cart with ajax method? Please help, Thank you

MOBILE issue. The main issue I have is that the Cart icon is sitting on the very top of the mobile or very bottom or top left as per setting, BUT when a user scrolls down the Cart icon does NOT follow down. Therefore when you add something in to the Cart, and you are right down the bottom of the mobile, the customer has NO idea WHERE the Cart icon is at it is right up the top ..

How can I fix this so that the Cart Icon is viewable at all times and NOT sit STUCK in 1 position, but be visible as the Customer scrolls down the page.

Currently customers are complaining as they have added items in the Cart, but CANNOT see the Cart anywhere, then I figured out that they have to scroll right to the TOP to see the Cart icon. It needs to be visible wherever the Customer scrolls and ALWAYS be visible NOT just at the bottom of the page on mobile where the Customer has to scroll with his fingers 20 times to get to bottom of the page … Customers are complaining.

Not very good, HOW can I rectify this issue please urgently

I saw there was a setting which I tried called “MODAL MODE” Open the Cart in the middle of the screen … but that doesn’t work so great on the MOBILE as it goes right down halfway on the page on mobile which could be 5 scrolls with the finger downwards BEFORE you can find it. That is NOT good either. It greys out everything and Customer has no idea what is going on OR WHERE TO FIND THE CART again … or the CONTENTS of the CART …

How else can I have your Cart Contents popup so it is visible when people scroll, otherwise it just seems to sit in the ONE SPOT which is a pain. My client may have 30 products on the scroll on mobile and the Cart popups on top Left or Top Right or Bottom Left or BOttom right, but NO option to have it sit in one spot so everyone can find the CART on scroll. Otherwise Customer cannot find it, they will NOT know they have to scroll UPWARDS to the top to find it. Very confused.

Hi, how to change behaviour of button “Return to shop” on pop-up cart when we empty the cart? Now when we click this, it redirects us to shop page. I want this modal pop-up just to be closed, and to not redirect anywhere. I can’t find a setting for that. How to change this?

Plugin has an issue with Woocommerce subscription (all product subscription). When adjusting between single and subscription once its initially selected using a radio button, it will not go back to single. This is due to the ajax ran through xt cart.

The issue stems from the enabling the quantity buttons on the plugin.

If the cart is empty, there are no issues.

I want to set a minimum and maximum amount a customer can buy on my store. (for delivery purposes).

First I will look for the ajax “add to cart” function.
Then I will add a condition like : “if total_cart is greater than 10 & lower than 100”.
With the possibility to disable the “add to cart” button when amount is triggered with an error message.

How can I do that? I really need help on this one.

We installed loco tranlate to translate in italian BUT, surprisingly we noticed that italian is already translated, so, why the plugin is not applying the trasnlations correctly? I mean, if you use the site, and you open your plugin cart popup, you will see all the terms in english and not in italian.

I have a small issue in translating some strings in header and footer of the plugin, like “CART” “CHECKOUT”and so on.

I found a thread in which you replied that those strings can be translated with a PO editor.. i’m currently usign Loco Translate and i found that the plugin is already 100% translated in many languages ( italian also) but those strings are not.

how can i translate them?

Hi, I use your plugin and this woo table plugin https://wcproducttable.com/ . The problem is when I delete all products from the cart with your plugin, then the table plugin doesn’t refresh and products are still in its cart. On the other hand, when I remove in table plugin products from the cart, it refreshes products in the cart in your plugin and build-in Neve cart, because this table plugin has one feature – it refreshes the whole page when something is removed. How to do the same with your plugin? Just to refresh a page when something is removed?

Also, as you can see in the video, your plugin works with the default Neve Cart, as it’s updated. Maybe there is a possibility to add some compatibility to this table plugin? In could be the same problem with similar table plugins.

Instale el plugin ya que estaba buscando un plugin que brindara estas características.
Por lo que pude probar esta muy bien hecho, solo que en el carrito cuando yo agrego cantidades, me actualiza el subtotal pero las cantidades no cambian en el item del producto.
Ejemplo: Tengo 1 producto, por mas que yo aumente las cantidades siempre sigue apareciendo 1 mientras que en el subtotal si esta haciendo la suma. Tengo que recargar la pagina para que esas cantidades se visualicen.
Alguna idea para solucionarlo?

Hi, since update to 2.6.1, XT Floating Cart icon is viewed in a Ghost Transparent form.

Popup of adding a new product, works well as it was. But icon not!!
I discovered an xt_woofc-hide form class.
