Also, does the 3DS option use/support 3DS2 and is it all compatible with the new legislation coming into effect next year.

Client needs to stay on worldpay as all their instore payments go through them too

I have this plugin installed, API’s created and entered as well as Merchant ID. Webhook set and tested ok. So far as I can see everything is set to operate in test mode but Checkout page not displaying payment methods.
Must be something simple I have missed but can’t identify issue!

Anyone point me in the right direction please?

I’ve recently integrated multi currency system into our client store. Previously we only had Pound sterling and added Euro recently. It works fine when someone pay in Pound but when someone pay in Euro, payment received in USD with same amount as Euro into Worldpay admin account.
I contacted worldpay support and they said we need to choose ‘Settlement Currency’ as Euro when paying in Euro but into your plugin there is no option to add multiple ‘Settlement Currency’.

Please suggest.

Hi, we’ve been using the plugin for a few days now and it’s been great but we have just had a customer get in touch saying they had an error ordering and so they tried again with no luck (apparently to them) however the orders from our backend look fine so we have a duplicate. Their screen stated ‘Your payment could not be processed Reason: Invalid Order State’
So the order actually comes through but the customer thinks there has been an error whilst making it.
Any reason? Cheers in advance

We have an issue with this plugin where if you create an order from the WooCommerce backend orders page on behalf of the customer, the customer cannot pay the invoice due to error: ’Shopper IP Address can’t be null/empty’.

When the WorldPay form is shown, it includes a Save checkbox above it. How can I reliably prevent this from showing to prevent any cards being saved to customer accounts? I tried using CSS (a stop gap but doesn’t prevent the option to save if the user doesn’t have CSS enabled) but as the save box doesn’t have a div wrapper, I couldn’t hide both the word ‘save’ and the checkbox.

I have one WorldPay account and 2 domain, main domain is in mysite.co.uk and other is same replica of main domain in mysite.es. (Both working by single WP admin with Gtranslate Language hosting)

Is this plugin can work for 2 domain?

There is a problem with the 3d secure redirect. It keeps on failing with critical error message. I have tried rolling back woo & wp to previous versions but still getting same issue.

I have now disabled 3dsecure and it allows customer to checkout.

Will this plugin support the new EU strong customer authentication law?

We have recently noticed an error from talking to some of our customers. When they put through a payment, it transfers them to 3DSecure but when it comes back to our site it has the error ‘your payment could not be processed. reason: invalid order state’.
On our admin end, and with our bank, the payment has gone through and is processing.

Is this an error that you are aware of?
Is there a way to fix this?

Recently we were having payments fail and we tracked it down to the 3D Secure call back.

Turns out that if it’s a returning customer, the callback works fine.

However, if it’s a new customer, it seems as if the wp_verify_nonce check is failing.

Specifically, it’s the very first line of the process_3ds_order() in class-wc-worldpay-cc-gateway.php that’s failing.

I tried switching to the Storefront theme and disabling all other plugins, without success.

Hello, there are only 4 card options showing in the payment options, Visa, mastercard, amex, discover. However, in the screenshots of the plugin there are more payment options? The files are still there for the other card types, it just wont show up as options within wordpress?

I use CartFlows for WooCommerce for my upsells, and I want to use Worldpay as my payment gateway, but for the upsells to work your plugin needs to be integrated. I also use Angell EYE’s PayPal plugin, which was recently updated for compatibility.

I have the plugin set for test mode and have the API keys and merchant ID from Worldpay in the account.

Getting this as the message when I try to pay:

“Error processing payment. Reason: One of Token or Payment page config must be provided”

Any help would be appreciated!

Is it expected behaviour that there is no log in the back end of a successful transaction? In other words, I have no record of an auth code or other transaction details. The order notes just show it went to Processing.

In Online Worldpay, the transaction goes through fine, showing the order no, and clearly OWP is feeding something back, as there is a message in checkout in the event of a failed transaction, as well as progressing for a successful transaction. But it’s a bit disconcerting not to have visual evidence in the back end that it did go through.

I have found that this plugin has conflicting issues with Smart Coupons. When purchasing a product and using a coupon for the full amount so the basket is 0 It doesn’t allow it. We get an Invalid Payment error message.

This is detrimental to us and our client has customers wanting to redeem their coupons but sadly can’t.

It has now turned into a matter of urgency so any help with this is appreciated!

I have tried setup 3D secure but I have the same issue as previously reported (previous topic closed with no solution given). I have placed the short code [onlineworldpay_3ds_page] onto a page with no other content (even tried an empty template with and without header and footer). Always fails with;

There was an error authorizing your 3DS payment. Reason: EXT_67: Verification of threeDSResponseCode failed.

When a customer has a saved card and come back for another purchase they select that card but the form does not display for a CV2/CVC 3 digit code.

The markup appears to be there but the inline CSS has a visibility:hidden on it.

Hi: How to place a test order? Tried to use my credit card to place a test order and I received this message: There was an error processing your payment. Message: This card is not accepted for Test transactions
Is there specific test numbers I should type?

The problem I have is that the form does not render in the iFrame on the checkout page (currently in test mode).

All the other info is there from the plug in, including the iFrame itself, but no form. All required keys have been applied. Also, when testing the webhook generated by the plug in in Worldpay I get a 403 response. I feel this may be related.

I am getting multiple payment notifications and it’s causing an issue with stock numbers

I have spoken to woocommerce support and tried different payment methods but they still work like normal!

The worldpay plugin is sending two notifications when it should only send one.

Please see the below. These are the order notes we are getting within seconds of each other which is reducing the numbers of stock by more than it should.

Does it support China area and Chinese Currency.

BTW, the most important is that the largest payment method is Wechat now in Asia pacific, it developes so fast within one year, Alipay is already now the second now. but the WeChat is almost 85% share, and Alipay is only not 15%.

I bought a premium wechat pay plugin from an author in China. But more plugins means more potential conflict.

I am just think if you would like to make this plugin more global by intergrating wechat payment so that it may cover more global area, I would like to send you that wechat plugin for your reference, you might learn the machenism of wechat payment.
