No one replies to billing queries, a single subscription was ordered, but 2 billed, no reply to the refund request for ovrrbilling. Sub was cancelled because the plugin did not work as hoped, and while no refund was expected as it was used for dev and testing for a few weeks, 12 months later 2 x subs were billed again. Save yourself time and hassle, find this plugin somewhere else

The plug-in works wonderfully and the support this team has provided has been exceptional. I reached out to support with a few questions and their team responded within 24 hours. Communication was great and they were very helpful. I was able to get all my questions answered in a timely manner and the small issue I had on my site was resolved very quickly. The credit is not compatible with any plugin with product addon or simple form inside product…
any chhange of prices will not affect credits…
if you sell “banana” can be ok… if u think to sell composite product or create option… credits not follow the steps..

This plugin is awesome and the support has been quick and helpful. The free version is rather basic but overall it is great. Watch the tutorial videos on their website it really does work very well once you watch the training videos you will be able to do exactly what is claimed by the plugin author.

I have never had such good plugin support before. All my problems and even minor adjustments were immediately resolved and implemented. The plugin now runs very well and reliably, supports WPML and is easy and clear to use! I do not regret buying the premium version!

Have had the woocredits platinum plugin installed for a while. Works exactly as described. Awesome support from the woocredits team. Had a conflict on my site and they were brilliant at helping work it out and resolve it.

I used the plugin last year and cancelled my subscription. Well, this year, they still charged my card for $59. I asked them the exact same day to issue a refund because I don’t use the software nor were they supposed to have my billing info.
No response in about 20 days. Avoid.

If this doesn’t work with your other plugins (which can occur often in WP) be aware they offer a no refund policy – not legal in the UK, pursuing via PayPal.
