I have a product that grants the customer 1 credit when purchased, however, when the customers currently purchase this product, no new credits are added to their account. Please help!

]]>Hello, I have a problem related to the direct purchase through credits.
My product page has two associated fields that the client must fill in and a file upload field.
When I make the purchase in the normal way by adding the product to the cart and going to checkout, at the end of the purchase when I check the orders, the information of those fields appears reflected.
However, when I make the purchase using the “one click buy” button, the only thing that appears in the description of the order is “_oneclick_product:1”
How can I fix it? I would need to see the order descriptions.
I am using the platinum version of the plugin.

I have a problem for a client, it didn’t remove from credits the totality of the order amount.
So a the end the total is wrong.
Also one client cancelled credit card payment through his bank and credits has been given to this client.
How i avoid woocredits to give credits if the payment is cancelled.
I sent you an email on your support as premium account and i didn’t have any mail saying the support was taking care of my questions. Today your website moocredits.com is down and give a weird file instead to display the website.
Please hold a good service for clients.

]]>When I need to create a manual order in the backend of WordPress using the WooCommerce add order functionality, I can’t seem to find a way to use credits for the order.
Only orders taken on the front-end are being input as credits.
Is it possible to choose to price an order in credits and have those credits be removed from the user that is assigned to the order?
]]>I would like to disable that when someone makes a purchase of a product with credits, no email arrives, I use the option of one click buy and you can get to make 10 purchases at once, and spamming with 10 emails in a row is too much.
I do want the customers to receive an email when they buy the bundle of credits, but all the products that can be purchased with credits, I would like to disable that email. Is this possible?

]]>We sell credit subscriptions and also single credits. Our subscriptions packs expire in 30 days but our single credits never expire.
If my users have both credits on their account, subscription credits & single credits, is there any prioritization applied so that the subscription credits which can expire are used first before the single credits which do not expire.

We have a problem with our website.
The product images do not display correctly on the shop page and on the product page.
If we deactivate your plugin and then reactivate it the images reappear but the images always end up disappearing again.
We have activated and reactivated the plugin several times and now the price in credits is not displayed anymore. It looks like the whole credit system is not working anymore.
Another detail, the plugin is named “Woo credits options” before deactivation and is renamed “Woo credits Platinum” after deactivation.
It’s very strange, we can’t find anything in the logs that could put us on a track. Can you help us?

Is is only the case that customers get the credits on the first payment? And is it possible to give them credits every payment/subscription date?

May I have your support for the unsubscription for the woocredit this time. It charged me on 4/9/21. And you can track that I didnt use the plug-in for year.
I also has the trouble about the double subscription 59 usd/yr for 2 website, whereas, I have only one website using the Woocredit. This issue is already solved from last time, but now it comeback again.
Therefore I dont want to have any subscription any more from 9/4/21

When a product only has a price in credits (and it is not possible to pay with money), the shipping options disappear in the checkout. When I enable both (money and credits) they are still visible. Is there another way how how I can activate different shipping options for credit only products?

We have a credit-only simple product. It can be added to cart successfully, but on the checkout page an error is displayed stating that the user does not have enough credits to make the purchase, and if the user clicks Complete Order, Woocommerce throws the error “Invalid payment method”.

However, I’ve had some complaints from customers that if they sign up for say two $10/month subscription packages they only receive the credits for one of them. I’ve been manually editing their credits when they complain. Is it possible to get this fixed? It works fine if someone signs up for a $10 and $25 package (two separate value subscriptions) but does not work when they are the same value.
