Great plugin, but unfortunately it doesn’t store the information correctly making it useless. I’ll adjust my rating if there would ever come an update. Please notify me about it as I’m uninstalling it for now.

Pressed ‘save’, nothing happens. Pressed ‘add new field’, nothing happens

I set up my fields and options, hit save and nothing saves. No new fields are created.

This plugin would be great if you could edit a field once it’s been added and it didn’t force the field to be required. I do not want the field to be required, did not check that box, yet it forces it to be required and again, you are unable to edit the new field so you cannot change that. Bummer because otherwise it is extremely easy to set up!
